The Master in FundRaising Management in the NGOs is the leader in Europe since 1999 by history (37 editions) and by number of graduates – over 300 – that today are among the best professionals in the sector. It is held in a blended formula incorporating E-Learning + Workshops + Field Experience + Project Work, and also teamwork.

FRAME is also the main recruitment area for professionals in the NGOs and a network of friendly and supportive Alumni/Managers.

Trainers and Lecturers are professionals who work in some major international NGOs and this guarantees an excellent combination of outstanding theoretical and practical training our students receive.

Our Master Programmes is based on an active learning and international approach that is held totally in English with 8 Workshops in Europe, Field Experience (UK), Personal Project Work, Management Development training and an International Career Service.

What is the relationship with the labour market?

The Master in FundRaising Management in the NGOs Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Social Media

meets the needs of the Third Sector thanks not only to its structure, but also to the lecturers who are professionals coming from major NGOs in Italy; thanks to the collaboration with Save the Children and all the other Social Change School partners involved in the learning process. Social Change School has become the main recruiting area where Non Profit organizations recruit and train their executives and managers, in Italy.

What type of Didactic Model is followed?

The Social Change School’s didactic Model is the patented TNT, Technologies for No profit Training®, this training model winds through qualifying contests and processes. It comprises of an online interactive Moodle, recorded live Webinars as a virtual class, Workshops, Field Simulation Expeiences, LOE-Learning System Outcomes Evaluation, tutoring in groups or individual, teamwork and a peer assessment, for the duration of the programme. The consultations and participating of sector operators, Alumni Community and the Social Change School partners, allow for growth path when concerned with didactic opportunities and networking, within an approach –as much as possible- peer2peer. It is a Master Diploma of value and a priviledged advanced degree to join the sector.

It is a 12 months programme. 1000 overall amount of hours distributed over several activities:
200 hours – 32 Workshops in-class and ‘onthe field’ (in 8 long week-ends – in Rome, Milan, London, Madrid).
400 hours E-Learning :On-line study on the didactic platform (Moodle); 9 Webinars (on-line workshops)
400 hours Action Learning 
50 hours Project Work (coaching included)
250 hours Career Service (including at least 200 hours of INTERNSHIP)
16 hours Challenges on the field
• 50 hours Team Work 

The internship/stage/ is non-compulsory but guaranteed and can be carried out in Italy or abroad. It starts at the end of the course and lasts for a minimum for 200 hours.

Who can Apply?

It is targeted at professionals within the age range 23-55: who are outstanding recent graduates, professionals in the Non Profit looking for a greater specialization, or professionals from the For Profit who are willing to turn their life around.

In order to enroll, candidates must an interview and the selection process considers both proven previous experience and also personal motivation.
