The Master in Fundraising Management in the NGOs is leader in Europe, since 1999. It is at its 4oth Edition and has trained more than 300 professionals in the sector so far. It is held with a blended formula incorporating E-Learning + Workshops + Field Experience + Project Work and also teamwork.
FRAME is also the main recruitment area for professionals in the NGOs and has a network of friendly and supportive Alumni/Managers.

What is the relationship with the labour market?
The Master in Fundraising Management in the NGOs Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Social Media meets the needs of the Third Sector not only thanks to its structure, but also to the lecturers who are professionals coming from major NGOs in Italy (thanks to the collaboration with Save the Children and all the other Social Change School’s partners involved in the learning process). Social Change School has become the main recruiting area where Non Profit organizations recruit and train their executives and managers in Italy.
What type of Didactic Model is followed?
Social Change School’s Didactic Model is the patented TNT, Technologies for No profit Training®, a training model that winds through qualifying contests and processes. It comprises of the online interactive platform Moodle, recorded live Webinars as a virtual class, Workshops, Field Simulation Experiences, LOE-Learning System Outcomes Evaluation, tutoring in groups or individually, teamwork and a peer assessment for the duration of the programme. The consultations and sharing with sector operators, Alumni Community and Social Change School’s partners allow didactic opportunities and networking, with a peer-to-peer approach. It is a Master Diploma of value and a privileged advanced degree to join the sector.
It is a 12 months programme. 1000 overall hours distributed in several activities:
• 200 hours – 32 Workshops in-class and “on the field” (in 8 long weekends – in Madrid, Rome, London)
• 400 hours E-Learning : Online study on the didactic platform (Moodle); 9 Webinars (online workshops)
• 400 hours Action Learning
• 50 hours Project Work (coaching included)
• 250 hours Career Service (including at least 200 hours of TRAINING PERIOD)
• 16 hours Challenges on the field
• 50 hours Team Work
The Training period is non-compulsory but guaranteed and can be carried out in Italy or abroad. It starts at the end of the course and lasts for a minimum for 200 hours.
Who can apply?
It is targeted at professionals within the age range 23-55: who are outstanding recent graduates, professionals in the Non Profit looking for a greater specialization, or professionals from the For Profit who are willing to turn their life around.
In order to enrol, candidates must attend an interview and the selection process considers both proven previous experiences and personal motivation.
