Objectives
AI is profoundly changing the execution of many linguistic and graphic tasks in the most diverse sectors, drastically reducing time and modifying processes.

Faced with this scenario, the third sector cannot remain behind. Far from adopting a ‘one fits all’ approach,
it is therefore necessary to analyze the specificities
of each process and develop a proper human
AI hybridisation strategy.

With this approach in mind, Crescenzi&Partners, in collaboration with Social Change School, has developed
SAI (Social Artificial Intelligence) Programme,
a massive –  long-term programme  aimed to create
a widespread grassroots culture in the Third Sector
on the subject of Artificial Intelligence,
addressing
all the involved stakeholders.

The objectives of the programme
and the workshop are:
  1. Learning the basics of Artificial Intelligence (what it means, what its enablers are, what is meant by ‘AI ethics’ and how the related legal framework is developing).
  2. Becoming familiar with the main AI-based tools available to the general public (for free or at a minimal price), understanding how to evaluate them in order to choose the right one for a specific purpose.
  3. Learning how to integrate the use of AI tools into several key phases of Project Cycle Management, in particular:
    • Formulation phase (needs assessment with secondary data, Logical Framework, Concept Note).
    • Monitoring phase (Donor reporting, survey processing as source of verification).
  4. Learning the most useful AI query and instruction techniques (prompt engineering).
