At Social Change School, our Vision and our Mission are not words on a page — they are the operating system behind everything we do. We exist because we believe a world where committed people and leaders have the opportunity and capacity to shape a better future is not a utopia. It is a training gap waiting to be closed.
That is why, since 1997, we have discovered, empowered and connected talented professionals and leaders across NGOs, the Third Sector and civil society — building the capacity and the bridges that let people turn good intentions into measurable, lasting impact.
Social Impact, for us, is not a department. It is the reason the school exists.
From Theory to Practice: How Our Masters Deliver on the Mission
A mission is only as strong as the people trained to carry it out. This is why every International Master we design is built around one principle: real-world application over theory.

Field-based case studies, practitioners as faculty, and a structured path to employment — with a 90% employment rate within one year of graduation — turn theory into leadership ready for the field.
Beyond the Masters: NGO Leadership Projects Driving Systemic Change
Training individuals is powerful. But real, sector-wide transformation requires more than a classroom — it requires networks, advocacy and structural change. This is why Social Change School has built a set of dedicated initiatives that extend our mission beyond our Masters and into the Third Sector itself.
Leaders4Future Leaders4Future connects the General Directors of the world’s leading NGOs — including WWF, Save the Children, Emergency, and Oxfam — strengthening leadership at the forefront through strategic services, managerial development and annual conferences.
Women Leadership (Leading Together) is a 2025–2030 initiative working towards greater gender balance in General Director and top-management roles across NGOs, associations and cooperatives in Italy and Spain, through mentoring and shared leadership.
Through our European Projects and Partnerships, Social Change School collaborates with organisations across Europe on Erasmus+ and EU-funded initiatives, bringing our practice-based training model into cross-border cooperation and social innovation.
Space T — Talent Intelligence & Acquisition Lab
Space T is our lab dedicated to talent management and wellbeing in the Third Sector, helping organisations attract, develop and retain the people who make social impact possible, with learnings that continue to inform our Masters and other projects.
Be the Change
