Social Change School and Leaders4Future invite you to an afternoon of dialogue on the future of skills in the sector. The event opens with the presentation of Skills and Mindset for the Future, an international survey conducted by Social Change School, followed by reflections on what its findings mean for training and professional development.

The afternoon continues with a round table bringing together directors and HR managers of international NGOs to discuss how the profiles, competences and mindsets their organisations need are changing.
