Crescenzi&Partners – Third Sector Management and Innovation is the Leading Consulting Company for the Third sector in Italy, offering HR Office Digital Support HR Services in general, high quality executive coaching services, organizational wellbeing, change management projects, to the most important organizations in Italy and (as expected in 2025) Spain.
Marco Crescenzi is also the coordinator of the Italian Network of the General Director of Italian NGOS.
We already collaborate with WWF, Emergency, Amnesty, Soleterre, COSPE, Un Ponte Per, Legacoop, Save the Children, Legambiente, OXFAM, Unicef, MSF, LAV, ENGIM, Terre des Hommes, Azione contro la Fame, AMREF, FAIRTRADE, Fondazione Comunità di Messina, CESVI.
We have to expand the network of coach and consultant to support the NGOS request of support.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are looking for a part time Talent Intelligence AI Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in the Third sector or in the profit sector, to support the consultancy activity of Social Change School and Crescenzi&Partners.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with our international network of NGOs and institutions, providing HR support for the recruitment process, individual and group coaching sessions with a focus on leadership, career development, and change management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
HRM:
– HR Services with a focus on digital HR in the recruiting process
– Participating in Social Change School projects and initiatives, fostering networking and sharing best practices in nonprofit HRM
PROFILE
Requirements
- HRM- At least 3 years of experience ad HR in the profit sector or in the third sector
- Digital HR experience, use of AI in the recruitment process
- Talent intelligence and acquisition experience
- Fluency in Italian (C1) and preferably Spanish B2
- Propension to work in international teams and manage relationships with NGOs and institutions.
- Strong digital and AI skills (Zoom, LMS platforms, AI, ATS)
Preferred Requirements
HRM: Experience as HR Officer- talent acquisition in the third sector of companies
For both: Italian Mother Tongue, possibly Spanish C1, English B2.
Networking and service promotion attitudes.
Conscientiousness and result driven mindset.
