In addition to the thousands of explanations that can be found on the web, from the most didactic to the most creative and visionary, we can say that coaching is a path of change that leads people to achieve desired results. Exactly as the locomotive of a train moves forward and allows the carriages to move, coaching is a very effective tool for moving towards the goal one wishes to achieve.

Coaching is therefore a path of change that the person (called coachee) experiences, accompanied by an expert coach who is able to guide, train and stimulate the person, without ever replacing the other person’s work. The coach can be assimilated to a trainer who never enters the field and who plays the game autonomously and exclusively.

This is an essential rule for those who want to lead a change that is effective, that promotes and supports over time the efforts of those who have decided to change.  The cornerstones of a coaching path are the development of awareness and responsibility, two key and essential elements that powerfully restore a space of clarity with respect to one’s own potential and the goals to be achieved by leveraging the emergence of personal resources.
In terms of career development, coaching represents the first fundamental step in identifying with precision technical and relational skills, vision and personal values, and then allows the construction of an identity that is decisively oriented towards the desired job.

Especially in the third sector, the mix of these elements is crucial and functional not only for the job search but also for the consolidation of a series of tools that allow for growth and consistent and successful professional development.

For this reason, the School has decided to open its career support services to alumni and outsiders.

The offer is aimed at people who come from the Third Sector and want to develop their careers or are simply not satisfied with their present situation or encounter emotional and behavioral barriers in achieving their professional or organizational goals. The service is also aimed at those who want to enter the Third Sector and come from the corporate and consulting world.

For former SCS trainees, there is a complimentary session or a 20% discount. 

There are several packages available for purchase:

Basic
This option is for those who have not yet embarked on a professional career in the third third sector and those who have work experience that does not exceed 4 years.
The option includes a free 30-minute orientation Skype and a minimum of 3 sessions of 50 minutes each.
Between the 3 sessions there will be a light tutoring via email with references and bibliographical notes.
Those who purchase this service will have access to the basic video tutorial.
– Cost: 150 euro
– The cost of subsequent sessions is 45 euros

Intermediate
The option is aimed at those who have work experience in the third sector for more than 4 years.
The path includes a first free orientation Skype of 30 minutes and a minimum of 4 sessions of 50 minutes each.
Between the 3 sessions there will be a light tutoring via email with references and bibliographical notes.
Those who purchase this service will have access to the video tutorial and handouts.
– Cost 240 euro
– Subsequent single sessions 50 euro

Advanced
This option is aimed at those who have more than 10 years of experience and is structured mainly to middle
management.
The course includes a first free orientation Skype of 20 minutes and a minimum of 4 sessions of 50 minutes.  Between the 4 sessions there is a light tutoring through email with references and bibliographical notes.
– Cost: 400 euro
– The following single sessions 60 euro
At the end of the path is expected the realization of a project work.
