lavoro nei servizi per l&#8217;internazionalizzazione d&#8217;impresa (con esperienze in Russia e Brasile), nel 2009 decide di accettare un lavoro <strong>in Sudan come Finance Manager per l&#8217;ONG VIS<\/strong>: l&#8217;esperienza sul campo \u00e8 dirompente, assoluta, densa di emozioni e popolata di persone speciali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Parallelamente si appassiona alle tematiche di <strong>gestione finanziaria ed organizzativa del No Profit<\/strong>, accumula collaborazioni (con varie organizzazioni italiane e internazionali) e competenze (fra le varie, all&#8217;LSE di Londra nel 2014 studia <em>Development Management<\/em> e nel 2015 ottiene la certificazione <em>Color Accounting<\/em>, un metodo graficamente rivoluzionario ed intuitivo di insegnamento della contabilit\u00e0), costantemente alla ricerca di idee nuove ed esperienze stimolanti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Oggi, dopo diversi traslochi, alcune cose sono cambiate (fuso orario, scrivania, lingua), ma la passione per il proprio lavoro \u00e8 sempre la stessa, puntata su ogni intervento che sia <em>sostenibile<\/em> e teso a migliorare la vita delle persone pi\u00f9 svantaggiate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cristiano \u00e8 <strong>attualmente Finance Policy Manager per <\/strong>l\u2019organizzazione<strong> INTERSOS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Budgeting
