L\u2019ultima Field Experience ha visto i nostri studenti del Master PMC \u2013 Project Management for International Cooperation<\/a><\/strong> in Albania<\/strong> (Tirana e Elbasan) con Save The Children International<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Albania<\/strong> (SCiA).
\"Field<\/a>L\u2019esperienza ha avuto luogo dal 10 al 15 Novembre 2019, sotto la supervisione del Training Team di Social Change School composto dal Direttore del Master Alessio Di Carlo<\/a><\/strong> e dalla Coordinatrice Cinzia D\u2019Intino<\/strong>.
L\u2019obiettivo di questa collaborazione \u00e8 stato lo sviluppo di una nuova idea di progetto<\/strong> per aumentare il coinvolgimento dei bambini<\/strong> (dai 10 ai 17 anni) come agenti di cambiamento per questioni ambientali e riscaldamento globale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A partire da 3 settimane prima dell\u2019implementazione delle attivit\u00e0 sul campo, gli studenti della Social Change School hanno analizzato il contesto e gli stakeholder, identificato le metodologie participative applicabili, e studiato approfonditamente tutte le tematiche. In particolare, hanno investigato le best practices r\"Field<\/a>elative alle materie di interesse, facendo riferimento ai documenti condivisi da SCiA per capire meglio i programmi dell\u2019organizzazione, elaborando un questionario di Focus Group Discussion (FGD) e altri possibili formulari da utilizzare durante le attivit\u00e0 sul campo, tutti condivisi e concordati con lo staff di SCiA.<\/p>\n

Per la Fase di Implementazione sul campo, gli studenti sono stati divisi in due gruppi per realizzare 2 Focus Group Discussion con bambini di diverse et\u00e0. Hanno anche partecipato a un workshop e dei meeting con stakeholder in loco (staff di SCiA, scuole, associazioni, ONG, autorit\u00e0) per ottenere maggiori informazioni e per validare le idee condivise dai bambini. Alla fine del processo, gli student hanno condiviso con SCiA i risultati pi\u00f9 rilevanti e i loro suggerimenti, procedendo con la fase di chiusura alla stesura degli output finali.<\/p>\n

Una volta tornati dal campo, gli studenti hanno lavorato sui deliverables con report per ogni attivit\u00e0 realizzata sul campo ed elaborando le informazioni attraverso la creazione di una idea di progetto basata su Theory of Change e Logical Framework Approach.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
