Dal 15 al 17 Marzo 2019 si \u00e8 svolto presso il Polo Didattico di Roma il ciclo di workshop \u201cDisaster Management.\u00a0<\/strong>Project and Program Management for Emergencies<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0per il\u00a0Master\u00a0HOPE \u2013 Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies, Managing Projects, People Administration & Logistic in the Field<\/strong><\/a>. Le giornate sono state condotte da\u00a0Silva Ferretti<\/strong><\/a>, Independent Consultant e Humanitarian and Development Professional, e da Tanja Berretta<\/strong><\/a>, Direttrice del Master in Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies e humanitarian aid senior expert.<\/p>\n

\"DISASTER<\/a>Gli obiettivi focali degli incontri sono stati:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Capire il funzionamento di project e programme management, confrontando i diversi approcci alle discipline<\/li>\n
  2. Utilizzare gli strumenti in maniera pratica con simulazioni ed esercizi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Gli studenti in maniera interattiva e partecipativa hanno esplorato gli approcci migliori, per gestire efficacemente i programmi umanitari. Ai contenuti teorici sono state aggiunte delle azioni pratiche<\/strong>, che i corsisti hanno affrontato in gruppi.<\/p>\n

    Gli studenti hanno espresso il loro apprezzamento sia per \u201ci diversi strumenti e concetti approfonditi in aula su come organizzare e gestire i progetti nelle loro diverse fasi\u201d sia per \u201cle due docenti e i loro approcci che, in quanto diversi, hanno creato una combinazione vincente\u201d.<\/p>\n
