Il workshop si \u00e8 tenuto dall\u201911 al 14 Dicembre ed \u00e8 stato condotto da <strong>Christopher Devlin<\/strong>,\u00a0Institutional Fundraising Division Head per <span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.terredeshommes.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terre des Hommes<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/12\/2copia.jpeg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/12\/2copia.jpeg\" alt=\"A Bruxelles con i fellow di PMC: Europroject Management e Commissione Europea\" width=\"471\" height=\"290\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-34057\" \/><\/a>Il ciclo di workshop ha avuto inizio con un focus su <strong>Europroject Management<\/strong>, con la spiegazione del <strong>funding system<\/strong> dell\u2019EU, di come trovare il <strong>bando<\/strong> giusto per un progetto e come scrivere un progetto vincente; il docente ha toccato temi quali la policy europea, il sistema di funding e l\u2019analisi di un bando.<br \/>Il giorno seguente, Devlin ha presentato ai fellow il <strong>Partnership Management<\/strong> e ha descritto come stabilire una partnership vincente. Il docente si \u00e8 contecentrato su come creare e gestire una partnership internazionale e come fare un teaming agreement.<br \/>Il terzo giorno, il focus si \u00e8 spostato su <strong>The Budget of a European Project <\/strong>ed ha avuto come obiettivo principale quello di presentare i concettie le tecniche base del budgeting di un progetto, in particolare di un progetto europeo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/12\/4.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/12\/4.jpeg\" alt=\"A Bruxelles con i fellow di PMC: Europroject Management e Commissione Europea\" width=\"471\" height=\"265\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-34058\" \/><\/a>L\u2019ultimo giorno a Bruxelles \u00e8 stato speso partecipando ad una visita alla Commissione Europea, dove i fellow hanno partecipato prima al meeting <strong>The European Commission: the political executive of the European Union <\/strong>con\u00a0<strong>Dr Bela Beres<\/strong>, dal Legal Service, poi al meeting <strong>Humanitarian Aid And Civil Protection <\/strong>con\u00a0<strong>Mr Michal Lacza<\/strong>, dal Directorate-General for Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection (ECHO), ed infine a <strong>The EU&#8217;s Development policy<\/strong>, un incontro con <strong>Mr Antonio Carlos Teixeira<\/strong>, dal Directorate-General for International Cooperation and Development.<br \/>La giornata \u00e8 terminata con una visita a <strong>Palazzo Berlaymont<\/strong>, accompagnati da Dr Bela Beres.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo la <strong>Direttrice della Didattica e Coordinatrice del Master, Cinzia D\u2019Intino<\/strong> \u201cl\u2019esperienza di Christopher Devlin \u00e8 stata certamente un grande valore aggiunto ai workshop.
