I fellow hanno incontrato nella sede spagnola della Scuola il docente\u00a0<strong>Alfonso Basco<\/strong>\u00a0e il<strong>\u00a0Responsabile del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/didattica\/career-development\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Career Development Service<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/faculty\/tirso-puig-de-la-bellacasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tirso Puig<\/a><\/strong> per due intensi giorni di workshop.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/collage-1.jpeg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/collage-1.jpeg\" alt=\"A Madrid per il workshop su Management and Leadership Development\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-33989\" \/><\/a>Il primo giorno,\u00a0<strong>Alfonso Basco<\/strong>\u00a0ha spiegato agli studenti l\u2019importanza di\u00a0<strong>self-effectiveness e assertiveness\u00a0<\/strong>sul posto di lavoro e in un team, conoscenze necessarie sia per imparare a gestire la diversit\u00e0 all\u2019interno di un team Nonprofit che per conoscere meglio il proprio stile di lavoro e quello del proprio team. Il docente ha inoltre presentato il modello <strong>Whole-Brain di Ned Herrmann<\/strong>, che identifica quattro diversi modi di pensare: analitico, sequenziale, interpersonale e intuitivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Gli studenti hanno apprezzato l\u2019approccio di Basco per la sua <strong>energia ed empatia<\/strong> e hanno preso parte agli esercizi organizzati dal docente con un atteggiamento <strong>positivo e partecipativo<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Il giorno seguente, <strong>Tirso Puig<\/strong>\u00a0ha introdotto il lavoro del\u00a0<strong>Career Development Service<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong>il giusto atteggiamento<\/strong>\u00a0che gli studenti devono avere per affrontare questo percorso, dedicando una buona parte della giornata ad un laboratorio su\u00a0<strong>SWOT personale e personal development plan<\/strong>\u00a0di ogni studente. I fellow hanno apprezzato molto il modo in cui il docente ha comunicato e spiegato gli argomenti e la preparazione, competenza e chiarezza di Tirso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tirso Puig ha commentato i due giorni di workshop con i corsisti in questo modo: \u201cDurante il workshop ho potuto apprezzare quanto questo gruppo di corsisti sia determinato a <strong>conseguire i proprio obiettivi<\/strong> e quanto ognuno di loro sia consapevole degli <strong>sforzi da fare per raggiungerli<\/strong>.
