Hanno coordinato l\u2019esperienza\u00a0\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/faculty\/lodovico-mariani\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lodovico Mariani<\/a><\/strong>, <strong>Direttore del Master HOPE e Direttore Finance &amp; Administration per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amref.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amref Health Africa \u2013 Italia<\/a><\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/faculty\/tirso-puig-de-la-bellacasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Tirso Puig<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>Direttore del Career Development Service della Social Change School e Coordinatore del Master HOPE<\/strong>, \u00a0e tre trainer di\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intersos.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>INTERSOS<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2013 Davide Berruti, Francesca Matarazzi e Leonardo Maria Palma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/10\/COLLAGE1.jpeg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/10\/COLLAGE1.jpeg\" alt=\"Dal 25 al 28 Settembre 2018, i fellow del\u00a0Master HOPE \u2013 Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies\u00a0sono stati impegnati in una Field Experience nella base UNHRD di Brindisi.\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-33870\" \/><\/a>Sono stati tre giorni intensi: gli studenti hanno preso parte alla\u00a0<strong>simulazione di un\u2019emergenza umanitaria<\/strong>\u00a0per mettere alla prova le conoscenze e competenze apprese durante il Master. Hanno affrontato diverse situazioni complesse e stimolanti, collaborando coi colleghi e rapportandosi con gli stakeholder per implementare una risposta umanitaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">I fellow sono rimasti completamente soddisfatti dell\u2019esperienza, apprezzando particolarmente \u201cla possibilit\u00e0 di <strong>mettere in pratica quanto studiato<\/strong> durante il Master, di collaborare con i colleghi, il <strong>team work<\/strong>, il dover affrontare varie situazioni sotto pressione e <strong>sperimentare le reali difficolt\u00e0 che si affronteranno in futuro sul lavoro<\/strong>\u201d. Inoltre, \u201c<strong>la professionalit\u00e0 e l\u2019impegno di tutte le persone coinvolte<\/strong>\u201d hanno reso l\u2019esperienza un vero successo.\u00a0 \u201c<strong>Sperimentare il ruolo di coordinator<\/strong> in un contesto di emergenza \u00e8 stata certamente la cosa pi\u00f9 utile perch\u00e9 mi ha mostrato come comportarmi e fatto capire i <strong>diversi tipi di stakeholder<\/strong> con cui si deve lavorare, nonch\u00e9 <strong>gli strumenti da utilizzare<\/strong>\u201d ha commentato un corsista. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ecco invece le parole di Tirso Puig, Direttore del Career Development Service e Coordinatore del Master: \u201cGli <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/10\/COLLAGE2.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/10\/COLLAGE2.jpeg\" alt=\"Dal 25 al 28 Settembre 2018, i fellow del\u00a0Master HOPE \u2013 Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies\u00a0sono stati impegnati in una Field Experience nella base UNHRD di Brindisi.\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" class=\"alignright wp-image-33871\" \/><\/a>studenti hanno preso la simulazione con molta seriet\u00e0, partecipando in maniera decisa, convinta e professionale. Particolarmente per quanto riguarda l\u2019approfondimento di alcune <strong>skills e conoscenze<\/strong> difficilmente acquisibili, cos\u00ec come in termini di <strong>motivazione e orientamento verso il mercato del lavoro<\/strong>, credo che la Field Experience sia stata di grande utilit\u00e0 per loro, come abbiamo d\u2019altronde potuto riscontrare dai commenti dei fellow durante il debriefing\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La Field Experience ha lasciato gli studenti entusiasti ed ha soddisfatto le loro aspettative appieno \u2013 dimostrando ancora una volta di essere un\u00a0<strong>momento estremamente importante all\u2019interno del percorso di apprendimento<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dal 25 al 28 Settembre 2018, i fellow del\u00a0Master HOPE \u2013 Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies\u00a0sono stati impegnati in una Field Experience nella base UNHRD di Brindisi.
