Gli studenti hanno\u00a0trascorso 4 giorni nella sede dell\u2019organizzazione Nonprofit per implementare un Fundraising Plan con il board, gli stakeholder e i donatori dell\u2019organizzazione, in collaborazione con la Cooperativa New Hope di Caserta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/09\/collage-e1536742219781.jpeg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/09\/collage-e1536742219781.jpeg\" alt=\"Field Experience FRAME per NewHope: esperienza di Fundraising e impatto reale\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-33800\" \/><\/a>L\u2019esperienza di Fundraising \u00e8 stata coordinata da\u00a0<strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/faculty\/giampiero-giacomel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Giampiero Giacomel<\/a><\/u><\/strong>, alumno e Senior Adviser del Master FRAME della Social Change School, e Head of Individual Giving presso\u00a0<u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scottishopera.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Scottish Opera<\/a><\/u>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Il nostro Senior Adviser ha anche svolto un\u00a0<strong>training di fundraising<\/strong>\u00a0preliminare per membri dello staff e studenti su come\u00a0<strong>convertire gli utenti del servizio in donatori per arte e cultura<\/strong>. Questo training ha permesso agli studenti di interfacciarsi meglio con i membri dello staff della Cooperativa. I fellow hanno apprezzato molto la presenza di Giacomel e hanno appreso molto dalla sua energia, professionalit\u00e0 ed esperienza pratica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Durante la Field Experience, i fellow hanno anche avuto la possibilit\u00e0 di pianificare e implementare un Fundraising plan di risposta, gestire le\u00a0<strong>relazioni con i donatori<\/strong>, pianificare una <strong>strategia di Individual Giving<\/strong> e attivit\u00e0 specifiche, conoscere gli step chiave per\u00a0<strong>lanciare e partecipare a una campagna di fundraising<\/strong>\u00a0e i principali obiettivi, funzioni e\u00a0<strong>responsabilit\u00e0 di un team di fundraising<\/strong>.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/09\/fotogruppo-e1536742266410.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/09\/fotogruppo-e1536742266410.jpg\" alt=\"Field Experience FRAME per NewHope: esperienza di Fundraising e impatto reale\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-33801\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Gli studenti sono rimasti molto soddisfatti dell\u2019esperienza, e hanno apprezzato particolarmente la possibilit\u00e0 di\u00a0<strong>mettere in pratica quanto <\/strong>studiato e applicarlo concretamente in una organizzazione, ricevendo feedback in tempo reale dalle persone che appartengono alla realt\u00e0 locale e avendo modo di entrare in contatto con mentalit\u00e0, stile di vita, politiche e ambiente locali.\u00a0I fellow sono stati coinvolti nella strategia e hanno lavorato duro e con interesse, impegnandosi al massimo per collaborare con la Cooperativa NewHope, apprezzandone profondamente la mission e l\u2019impegno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dal 7 al 10 Settembre 2018, i fellow del Master FRAME \u2013 Fundraising Management hanno partecipato a una\u00a0Field Experience a Caserta, con la\u00a0Cooperativa New Hope.
