Il workshop si \u00e8 tenuto dal 24 al 27 di Maggio ed \u00e8 stato condotto da <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/faculty\/alessio-di-carlo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alessio Di Carlo<\/a><\/strong>, <strong>Master PMC Director<\/strong> e <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cooperaction.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CooperAction ONLUS<\/a><\/strong><strong> Vice-President<\/strong>, e <strong>Jaime de Alfonso<\/strong>, <strong>Consultant for Social Organizations and Development Cooperation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/06\/collage-e1528190202140.jpeg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-33359\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/06\/collage-e1528190202140.jpeg\" alt=\"Project Management on the Field: il workshop a Madrid per imparare dai professionisti del settore\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a>Alessio Di Carlo ha iniziato il workshop la mattina del 24 Maggio concentrandosi sul <strong>Monitoring and Evaluation &#8211;\u00a0 i suoi principi, strumenti e strategie.<\/strong> Durante il workshop gli studenti hanno affrontato temi quali l\u2019approccio del Quadro Logico come strumento per il Project Management, il Project Planning partecipativo, le definizioni egli obiettivi del Monitoring &amp; Evaluation\u2019s e l\u2019Efficiency Monitoring.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Il giorno seguente, Di Carlo ha parlato del <strong>Monitoring in Project Management<\/strong> con maggiori dettagli, concentrandosi sull\u2019 <strong>Efficienza, Efficacia e il Contesto<\/strong>. Il docente ha aiutato i fellow a capire le diverse Matrici e come usarle nei diversi contesti del Project Cycle Management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Gli studenti hanno apprezzato particolarmente l\u2019approccio del lettore, grati degli \u201cimportanti consigli pratici, utili per gestire le sfide future sul campo\u201d offerti da Alessio Di Carlo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">I due giorni seguenti, le lezioni sono state condotte da Jaime De Alfonso. Durante il suo primo workshop, il focus si \u00e8 spostato sul <strong>Project Management on the Field, <\/strong>con un primo workshop sul <strong>management di forniture, costi, tempi e attivit\u00e0.<\/strong> Alla fine del workshop, i fellow hanno capito come gestire contratti UE e come gestire i fondi a seconda delle richieste dei donor. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Domenica, l\u2019ultimo giorno di questo ciclo di workshop, De Alfonso ha concentrato l\u2019attenzione su <strong>The Financial Reporting of a Project<\/strong>, analizzando i <strong>principi e gli strumenti di un report narrativo e finanziario di un progetto.<\/strong> Grazie a questo workshop, gli studenti sono ora in grado applicare i tool del project management basandosi sulle richieste dei donor.
