La presentazione di Stefano Fino ha introdotto anche elementi quali la <strong>struttura e funzionamento del team in Programmi internazionali<\/strong> di Plan International in Spagna, le <strong>aree geografiche d\u2019intervento<\/strong> ed i settori con un focus particolare nelle operazioni di aiuto umanitario e di risposta alle emergenze. I corsisti hanno avuto anche l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di fare domande e presentare i loro dubbi sulla realt\u00e0 istituzionale e del settore umanitario in generale. Luis Garcia la Moneda, come project manager esperto di <strong>cambio climatico ed energie rinnovabili<\/strong>, ha introdotto il lavoro che svolge Plan International Spagna in questo settore, presentando ai corsisti le operazione svolte sul settore energie in generale e nel settore del aiuto umanitario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Durante il pomeriggio i corsisti hanno\u00a0incontrato\u00a0<strong>Victor Manuel Velasco<\/strong> (Desk Pool of Emergency at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accioncontraelhambre.org\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Accion contra el Hambre en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong><\/a>), che ha introdotto <strong>le procedure e i protocolli istituzionali per la risposta umanitaria e di emergenza<\/strong> utilizzati da ACH. Velasco ha presentato anche una panoramica delle <strong>crisi umanitarie in corso a livello internazionale<\/strong>, condividendo con gli studenti la propria esperienza come desk officer del pool of emergency e raccontando anche alcune delle sue esperienze sul campo, in Siria, Venezuela, Afganistan, Filippine ed altri paesi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/05\/COLLAGE1-e1527608103872.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-33329\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/05\/COLLAGE1-e1527608103872.jpeg\" alt=\"Workshop su Working in Emergencies per i fellow del Master HOPE\" width=\"380\" height=\"380\" \/><\/a>Il secondo giorno, i fellow hanno cominciato la parte specifica del Workshop \u201cWorking in Emergencies\u201d con <strong>Elisa Paz ed Elspeth Chapman<\/strong>. La prima parte del workshop si \u00e8 focalizzata sulle crisi umanitarie in corso a livello internazionale, <strong>i settori di intervento ed i principali trend del settore<\/strong>. I corsisti hanno molto apprezzato la seconda parte del workshop, durante la quale si \u00e8 parlato dell\u2019importanza della <strong>prospettiva di genere nell\u2019aiuto umanitario<\/strong>. La tematica \u00e8 stata introdotta in maniera dinamica e partecipativa, attraverso diversi esercizi di gruppo ed in plenaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nel corso di questa seconda giornata \u00e8 stato anche introdotto l\u2019<strong>Humanitarian Response Plan<\/strong>, con i meccanismi e le procedure attraverso le quali si sviluppa il <strong>coordinamento sul campo<\/strong> per lo sviluppo e l\u2019implementazione di un piano di riposta umanitaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Domenica, la lezione ha introdotto due temi di grande importanza per i professionisti del settore umanitario e di emergenza:<strong> la sicurezza e il benessere sul campo e il \u201cneeds assessment\u201d<\/strong>. La prima tematica \u00e8 stata introdotta a partire dall&#8217;esperienza professionale e personale delle due docenti, riscontrando grande interesse ed entusiasmo da parte dei corsisti.
