Il workshop ha avuto luogo tra il 10 e il 13 di Aprile ed \u00e8 stato tenuto da <strong>Bruno Mola<\/strong>, <strong>Consultant e trainer in Development Policies, Project Design and Management, Monitoring &amp; Evaluation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il ciclo di workshop \u00e8 iniziato con un focus sull\u2019<strong>EUROPROJECT MANAGEMENT<\/strong>. Il lettore ha parlato di \u201c<strong>Strategy 2010 and main European Programmes 2014-2020<\/strong>\u201d, approfondendo con gli studenti i programmi europei, EuropeAid, i diversi tipi di finanziamenti, le priorit\u00e0 e i target di <strong>Strategy \u201cEurope 2020\u201d<\/strong>.<br \/> Successivamente, Bruno Mola si \u00e8 concentrato su \u201c<strong>Finding the proper call for proposal for your project, writing a winning proposal<\/strong>\u201d e ha aiutato i fellow a capire come trovare e selezionare i giusti Programmi Europei definendo i temi, contesti, settori, beneficiari per iniziare la ricerca del bando e quindi come scrivere una Project Proposal con l\u2019aiuto del Quadro Logico.<br \/> Il terzo workshop riguardava il tema \u201c<strong>Partnership Management: how to build a winning strategy<\/strong>\u201d, durante il quale I fellow hanno avuto l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di imparare come creare e gestire partnership internazionali e costruire e gestire i network \u2013 dall\u2019analisi degli stakeholder alle partnership nazionali e internazionali.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/04\/Collage1-e1524482682387.jpeg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-33101\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/04\/Collage1-e1524482682387.jpeg\" alt=\"A Bruxelles con gli studenti del Master PMC: Europroject Management e Commissione Europea\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a>I seguenti due giorni sono stati incentrati sul tema <strong>THE BUDGET OF AN EUROPEAN PROJECT<\/strong>, con un primo workshop su \u201c<strong>The concepts. From the Logical Framework to the budget<\/strong>\u201d. Durante questo workshop i fellow hanno analizzato le attivit\u00e0 e le azioni del Quadro Logico, come sia necessario includerle nel budget e in generale come gestire, formulare e strutturare un budget \u2013 traendo esempi dalle best practices di varie organizzazioni. Con il fine di far capire a fondo agli studenti come creare un budget per un progetto europeo, Bruno Mola ha proposto il <strong>LAB: HOW TO WRITE THE BUDGET<\/strong>, che ha definitivamente chiarito i dubbi dei su come gestire il processo.<br \/> I corsisti hanno apprezzato l\u2019approccio e la concretezza del docente, riuscendo a \u201clasciare finalmente alle spalle la paura del budget\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ultimo giorno a Bruxelles i fellow hanno potuto visitare la Commissione Europea, dove gli studenti hanno partecipato prima a un meeting su <strong>EU DEVELOPMENT POLICY: the EU striving to be the biggest and most effective donor<\/strong> con <strong>Jose Angel Becerra Marta<\/strong>, Membro dell\u2019Unit\u00e0 &#8220;Regional Sector PolicyvAnalysis&#8221; al Directorate-General &#8220;International Cooperation and Development&#8221;, poi al meeting <strong>INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT: About Funding and Procedures Meeting<\/strong> con <strong>Nicolas Provencal<\/strong>, Membro dellUnit\u00e0 &#8220;Legal Affairs&#8221; al Directorate General &#8220;International Cooperation and Development&#8221;, e infine al meeting <strong>SOCIAL INNOVATION POLICIES AND PROGRAMME<\/strong>, con <strong>Isabella Pirolo<\/strong>, Membro dell\u2019Unit\u00e0 &#8220;Innovation Policy and Investment for Growth&#8221; al Directorate-General &#8220;Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I fellow del Master PMC \u2013 Project Management for International Cooperation sono tornati da Bruxelles dove hanno partecipato a un workshop su EUROPROJECT MANAGEMENT STANDARDS, PROGRAMMES, STRATEGIES AND TECHNIQUES.
