Tra il 16 e il 18 Marzo 2018, gli studenti del Master PMC- Project Management for International Cooperation, Euro-Project Management and Local Development<\/a><\/strong>, Edizione Dicembre 2017, sono atterrati a Roma per il ciclo di workshop \u201cADVANCED PROJECT MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES IN COOPERATION FOR DEVELOPMENT\u201d<\/strong>. Il workshop si \u00e8 tenuto al Polo Didattico ed \u00e8 stato condotto da Andrea Stroppiana<\/strong><\/a>, dell\u2019ONG Ricerca e Cooperazione<\/a> e consultant dei progetti e programmi della Commissione Europea, esperto in metodi partecipativi applicati al project management in contesti di sviluppo (GOPP Method).<\/p>\n

\"I<\/a>Il primo giorno si \u00e8 affrontato il tema \u201cPROJECT MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES. Project Cycle Management (PCM).\u201d <\/strong>Nell\u2019introdurre il project design, A. Stroppiana ha presentato le maggiori cause del fallimento di progetti e vari case study. Successivamente, ha approfondito il PROJECT CYCLE MANAGEMENT: analisi, strumenti, contesto (settore, beneficiari finali e area di intervento) e uso. La seconda met\u00e0 della giornata \u00e8 stata infine dedicata allo studio degli stakeholder e all\u2019analisi dei problemi.<\/p>\n

Sabato 17 la lezione si \u00e8 focalizzata su \u201cTHE LOGICAL FRAMEWORK \u2018BY RESULTS<\/strong>\u2019\u201d. Questa sessione puntava a dare agli studenti la conoscenza e gli strumenti per condurre un\u2019analisi degli obiettivi, dei risultati attesi e delle attivit\u00e0 necessarie per creare una logica di intervento. I fellow hanno studiato il Quadro Logico<\/strong> e la fase di formulazione, e poi come questi vengono usati nel PCM.<\/p>\n

Durante la seconda parte della giornata, i corsisti hanno avuto modo di mettere in pratica la teoria del Quadro Logico attraverso diversi esercizi di gruppo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

L\u2019ultimo giorno del workshop \u00e8 stato dedicato a \u201cINDICATORS, RISKS AND OBSTACLES FOR THE START-UP OF A DEVELOPMENT PROJECT<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gli obiettivi raggiunti alla fine della giornata sono stati: comprendere la composizione, i tipi e lo sviluppo degli indicatori, la scelta delle fonti di verifica giuste per gli indicatori, ed infine il modo in cui condurre l\u2019analisi dei rischi di un progetto.<\/p>\n

Grazie alla notevole esperienza di Andrea Stroppiana, il workshop ha fornito agli studenti dei validi strumenti e conoscenze<\/strong> sulle tecniche avanzate di project management nella cooperazione allo sviluppo.
