Tra il 16 e il 18 di Marzo 2018, si \u00e8 tenuto il ciclo di workshop su \u201cDISASTER MANAGEMENT. <\/strong>PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT FOR EMERGENCIES\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0per il\u00a0Master\u00a0HOPE \u2013 in Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies, Managing Projects, People Administration & Logistic in the Field<\/strong><\/a>, Edizione Dicembre 2017, al Polo Didattico di Roma. \u00c8 stato condotto da Silva Ferretti<\/strong><\/a>, Independent Consultant, Humanitarian and Development Professional.<\/p>\n

Durante il workshop i fellow hanno potuto esplorare gli approcci migliori per gestire efficacemente i programmi umanitari, il tutto in modo estremamente interattivo e partecipativo.<\/p>\n

\"DISASTER<\/a>Gli obiettivi focali del workshop erano:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Capire il funzionamento di project e programme management dei programmi umanitari;<\/li>\n
  2. Confrontare i diversi approcci al project\/program management (lineare vs adattivo; top-down vs partecipativo);<\/li>\n
  3. Usare i concetti e gli strumenti in maniera pratica attraverso simulazioni ed esercizi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Ai contenuti teorici sono stati aggiunte sfide pratiche<\/strong>, che i corsisti hanno affrontato in gruppi. Come prima cosa, \u00e8 stato chiesto agli studenti di scrivere una nota concettuale in utilizzando la Theory of Change<\/strong>. In secondo luogo, durante una chiamata Skype con Tanya Berretta<\/strong><\/a> (Senior EU Partnership Manager\u00a0di Plan International<\/a>\u00a0e Adviser del Master), i fellow hanno partecipato a una simulazione di contatto con un donor, in cui Tanya ha indicato richieste e caratteristiche del progetto che voleva fosse inviato al donor. Infine, durante una seconda connessione Skype, tutti i gruppi hanno dovuto elaborare il progetto in accordo consortile.<\/p>\n

    Sebbene questo approccio sia stato una sfida e abbia preoccupato molti fellow, alla fine la proposta \u00e8 stata valutata molto positivamente per il suo valore esperienziale e formativo. Gli studenti hanno apprezzato “tutti i consigli, gli input e suggerimenti di Silva. Ha presentato diversi strumenti e ha aiutato tutti a ragionare fuori dagli schemi, ad assumersi le proprie responsabilit\u00e0 e a capire che la creativit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 aiutare a raggiungere risultati migliori”.<\/p>\n
