{"id":38268,"date":"2017-01-24T11:41:09","date_gmt":"2017-01-24T11:41:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/socialchangeschool.org\/24\/01\/2017\/workshop-skills-and-tools-for-management-development\/"},"modified":"2017-01-24T11:41:09","modified_gmt":"2017-01-24T11:41:09","slug":"workshop-skills-and-tools-for-management-development","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/24\/01\/2017\/workshop-skills-and-tools-for-management-development\/","title":{"rendered":"Workshop: \u2018Skills and Tools for Management Development\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Si \u00e8 concluso domenica 22 gennaio a Milano il\u00a0<strong>Workshop su Skills and Tools for Management Development che ha visto coinvolti i master: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/master\/master-in-fundraising-management-comunicazione-marketing-campaigning\/\">FRAME in Fundraising Management<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/master\/master-in-cooperazione-internazionale-europrogettazione-sviluppo-locale\/\">PMC in Project Management per la Cooperazione Internazionale<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/master\/master-in-humanitarian-operations-in-emergencies-managing-projects-people-administration-logistic-in-the-field\/\">HOPE in Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies<\/a>, per un totale di 40 studenti..<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>\u201cAutoefficacia ed assertivit\u00e0 nel Non Profit sono due tematiche fortemente legate ai nostri valori e ancor di pi\u00f9 ci permettono di esprimerli all\u2019interno delle organizzazioni\u201d<\/em> (Luigi Zampi)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Il workshop articolato in quattro giornate \u00e8 stato condotto da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/docenti\/luigi-zampi\/\"><strong>Luigi Zampi<\/strong><\/a>, formatore e storico collaboratore della Social Change School e consulente per il processo di Management Development dei Master.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La seconda giornata ha visto anche la partecipazione di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/faculty\/silvia-fontana-2\/\"><strong>Silvia Fontana<\/strong><\/a>, Adviser della Social Change School, Global Peace Index Ambassador 2016 e gi\u00e0 Project Planning Officer a COOPI &#8211; Cooperazione Internazionale che ha supportato Luigi Zampi nel laboratorio di <strong>Public Speaking<\/strong>. Inoltre, durante il terzo giorno, <strong>Sara Bellettato<\/strong>, Consultant Human Rights in Arci Solidariet\u00e0, ha accompagnato gli studenti del Master HOPE durante il modulo di sull\u2019<strong>Humanitarian Negotiation in the field<\/strong> con focus sulla gestione dei conflitti nelle emergenze ed in contesti internazionali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L\u2019ultimo giorno si \u00e8 chiuso con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/faculty\/federico-atzory\/\"><strong>Federico Atzori<\/strong><\/a>, coordinatore del Master FRAME in Fundraising Management, Innovation Officer &amp; Community Manager della Social Change School che ha introdotto gli studenti al mondo di LinkedIn con un particolare focus sull\u2019<strong>utilizzo efficace del social network per i professionisti del Non Profit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Gli studenti, accolti da una soleggiata Milano, hanno frequentato un workshop ricco di informazioni, di esercitazioni e di laboratori sui concetti appena appresi, che ha permesso un lavoro personale per lo sviluppo di competenze manageriali da spendere in ambito professionale all\u2019interno delle organizzazioni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Il workshop \u00e8 stato come un flusso che \u00e8 iniziato con l\u2019assertivit\u00e0 e l\u2019efficacia personale e nel gruppo di lavoro, trattati non come temi astratti ma come vocaboli e comportamenti presenti ogni giorno nella vita professionale e personale di ognuno. Efficacia personale che all\u2019interno del Non Profit significa: <strong>costruzione di una vision da raggiungere step by step<\/strong> sempre <strong>coerenti con i propri valori<\/strong> e partendo dall\u2019auto correzione e affermazione di se stessi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Comportamenti e attitudini che sono utili nel valorizzare la propria posizione all\u2019interno di un team, da un lato facendosi ascoltare e comprendere dagli altri, dall\u2019altro permettendo ai leader di ascoltare attivamente le proposte del gruppo. Durante la prima giornata \u00e8 stato anche dedicato un focus al comprendere i comportamenti degli altri attraverso l\u2019utilizzo del WholeBrain Model di Ned Hermann (sistema per misurare e descrivere le preferenze di pensiero nelle persone).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Fabiana del master FRAME dice: \u201c<em>la cosa pi\u00f9 interessante \u00e8 vedere come ognuno \u00e8 diverso dagli altri ed utilizza un suo stile per esprimere se stesso<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Se il farsi ascoltare \u00e8 importante, lo \u00e8 allo stesso modo il sapersi esprimere con efficacia<\/strong>: questo l\u2019obiettivo del secondo giorno focalizzato sul Public Speaking. Come dice \u201cPaul Watzlawich\u201d <em>non \u00e8 possibile evitare di comunicare<\/em> ma si comunica sia con le parole che con il fisico: allora ecco il focus sugli skills fisici del presentatore analizzati con alcune presentazioni personali degli studenti e il focus sull\u2019organizzazione del discorso attraverso il metodo del \u201ctreno dei pensieri dell\u2019ascoltatore\u201d. \u00a0Un modello efficace per le presentazioni che partendo dai bisogni dell\u2019ascoltatore e attraverso 7 step permette di esprimere in modo chiaro ed efficace una proposta di progetto. Gli studenti durante le presentazioni sono stati coinvolti dal docente in <strong>momenti di feedback peer-to-peer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Una corsista del master PMC, alla fine della dimostrazione, ha affermato: <em>\u201c\u00e8 stato importante ricevere i feedback degli altri per capire dove e come migliorare\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Il terzo giorno \u00e8 stato dedicato, la mattina, al <strong>Conflict Management<\/strong>. Questa tematica \u00e8 stata trattata dotto diversi aspetti: per i Master in Project Management per la Cooperazione Internazionale e Fundraising Management, \u00e8 stato effettuato un focus sui conflitti all\u2019interno delle organizzazioni e come raggiungere una decisione condivisa attraverso il \u201cmetodo cooperativo\u201d; i corsisti del Master in \u2018Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies\u2019 hanno invece avuto modo di concentrarsi sull\u2019Humanitarian Negotiation in the field, con la comprensione di diversi schemi e modelli di risoluzione dei conflitti e un laboratorio finale che ha visto gli stessi studenti impegnati nella soluzione di un conflitto basato su un case study.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Il pomeriggio del terzo giorno \u00e8 stato dedicato alla definizione della <strong>Swot Analysis personale<\/strong> che ha portato gli studenti prima da soli a comprendere i propri punti di forza, di miglioramento, le opportunit\u00e0 e i rischi connessi con loro ed il loro ambiente, e successivamente a condividere la propria analisi in gruppo per ricevere suggerimenti e una visione \u201cesterna\u201d sul raggiungimento dei propri traguardi. Questo come <strong>primo passo verso la definizione dei propri obiettivi personali e soprattutto professionali.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Il quarto ed ultimo giorno \u00e8 stato trattato il modulo \u201cLinkedIn per il Non Profit\u201d, articolato in una prima parte di confronto sulle potenzialit\u00e0 del social network per i professionisti e i vantaggi sia per i singoli che per le organizzazioni.
