Questo ha generato un interessante<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif;\">interscambio\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>tra corsisti e il docente sulle proprie esperienze professionali relative al tema del video.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"corpo\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: #333333;\">Si \u00e8 quindi proseguito con la fase di identificazione del ciclo di progetto:<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif;\">entity, analisi stakeholders e introduzione analisi dei problemi.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Nell&#8217;<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif;\">analisi dei problemi<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>si \u00e8 distinto tra problemi ben formulati e soluzione assente\/strumento mancante. Nella fase di<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif;\">analisi degli obiettivi,<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0 <\/b><\/span>A. Stroppiana ha approfittato di domande per<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>condividere\u00a0esperienze professionali personali.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: #333333;\">Quadro Logico \u201cBy Results<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: #333333;\">\u201d \u00e8 stato il tema portante della seconda giornata. Anche in questa sessione gli studenti sono stati coinvolti in un laboratorio di gruppo: ciascun gruppo ha costruito il proprio QL a partire da un\u2019entity data. I corsisti hanno potuto applicare la teoria ad un pratico esempio di progetto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: #333333;\">Durante la terza giornata si \u00e8 parlato dei \u201c<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif;\">rischi ed ostacoli per lo startup di un progetto di sviluppo<\/span><\/strong>\u201d<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif;\">,<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span>con applicazioni pratiche ed analisi dei progetti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: #333333;\">Infine, non potevano di certo mancare i consigli da Andrea Stroppiana, per il futuro professionale dei nostri corsisti nel settore dello sviluppo e un breve accenno al<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif;\">\u00a0Nuovo Quadro Logico,<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span>argomento che avremo modo di trattare su<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/blog4change\/\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif;\">Blog4Change<\/span><\/b><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: #333333;\">nelle prossime settimane.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: #333333;\">\u00a0&#8230; al prossimo workshop!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: #333333;\">#Working4SocialChange<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dal 21 al 23 ottobre 2016, \u00a0gli studenti del\u00a0Master\u00a0PMC-Project Management for International Cooperation, Euro-Project Management and Local Development, edizione giugno 2016, hanno partecipato alle 3 giornate di Workshop incentrate sull&#8217;applicazione del Project Cycle Management.
