{"id":38134,"date":"2015-10-15T10:23:09","date_gmt":"2015-10-15T10:23:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/socialchangeschool.org\/15\/10\/2015\/con-il-master-hope-si-scende-in-campo-prima-field-simulation-nella-base-unhrd-di-brindisi\/"},"modified":"2015-10-15T10:23:09","modified_gmt":"2015-10-15T10:23:09","slug":"con-il-master-hope-si-scende-in-campo-prima-field-simulation-nella-base-unhrd-di-brindisi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/15\/10\/2015\/con-il-master-hope-si-scende-in-campo-prima-field-simulation-nella-base-unhrd-di-brindisi\/","title":{"rendered":"Con il Master HOPE si scende in campo: prima Field Simulation nella Base UNHRD di Brindisi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dal 5 al 9 ottobre 2015 i corsisti della prima edizione del Master <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/master\/master-in-humanitarian-operations-in-emergencies-managing-projects-people-administration-logistic-in-the-field\/\">HOPE- Master In Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies Managing Projects, People, Administration &amp; Logistic in the field <\/a>sono stati protagonisti di una vera e propria <strong>field simulation<\/strong> presso la base <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unhrd.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UNHRD<\/a> di Brindisi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UNHRD \u00e8 un Network di Basi Operative di Pronto Intervento Umanitario delle Nazioni Unite presenti nel mondo. La base di Brindisi possiede strutture per la <strong>formazione umanitaria in un contesto di simulazione \u201creal life\u201d<\/strong> ed ospita, inoltre, la <strong>base logistica delle Nazioni Unite<\/strong> a sostegno delle <strong>operazioni di peacekeeping<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le prime due giornate del Workshop \u201cWorking in Emergency\u201d sono state dedicate a lezioni in aula tenute da <strong>Emmanuelle Lacroix<\/strong>, People Capacity &amp; Development Manager presso CHS Alliance (<a href=\"https:\/\/chsalliance.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/chsalliance.org<\/a>). Nei tre giorni successivi i corsisti sono entrati nel vivo della simulazione ed hanno sperimentato cosa voglia dire atterrare in un Paese colpito da un\u2019emergenza umanitaria; cosa significhi iniziare ad operare in quel Paese; incontrare i beneficiari ed iniziare a fare attivit\u00e0 sul campo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gli otto studenti sono stati guidati da quattro trainer: <strong>Lodovico Mariani<\/strong>&#8211; Coordinatore Supporto Operativo e Formazione presso Intersos Italia e Co-Coordinator del Master HOPE; <strong>Antonello Meloni<\/strong>&#8211; Assistente al Desk Africa Intersos; <strong>Erica Berardi<\/strong>&#8211; Administration Officer presso Intersos e <strong>Dora Lisa Mercurio<\/strong>&#8211; Responsabile Stage e Orientamento e Coordinatrice Didattica. \u00c8 stato dato loro un Case Study e sono stati portati ad agire e lavorare in un contesto di prima emergenza, in gruppo.
