Venerd\u00ec 12 dicembre, Marco Crescenzi, Presidente ASVI Social Change \u00e8 stato invitato alla V edizione dell\u2019 Italy Youth to Business Forum<\/strong>, all\u2019interno del Congresso Nazionale di AIESEC Italia<\/a>.
\nLo Youth to Business Forum \u00e8 un evento che viene organizzato in tutti i 124 Paesi dove AIESEC \u00e8 presente con lo scopo di far incontrare giovani, imprese, organizzazioni non profit ed esperti per stimolare conversazioni, permettere la condivisione di esperienze ed idee ed ispirare all\u2019azione per portare un cambiamento positivo.<\/p>\n

\u2018Il futuro del lavoro\u2019<\/strong>, il tema di questa edizione.<\/p>\n

Marco Crescenzi \u00e8 intervenuto alla Panel Discussion, presentando ASVI, ribadendo l\u2019importanza della partnership con AIESEC e proclamando la vincitrice della Borsa di Studio ASVI-AIESEC<\/strong> per il Master in Fundraising Management che \u00e8 partito il 16 Dicembre.<\/p>\n

Il Presidente di ASVI ha anche tenuto un workshop sulle seguenti tematiche:

\nLavorare nel non profit \u00e8 possibile. Il non profit non \u00e8 \u2018povero\u2019: le principali ONG mondiali hanno fatturati superiori al PIL di molti stati africani.<\/p>\n

Publick speaking<\/strong>
\nUsare in modo efficace voce e corpo nel comunicare con i vari tipi di interlocutori.
\nPresentare I propri contenuti in modo coinvolgente per l\u2019ascoltatore.
\nOrganizzare i propri discorsi e presentazioni in modo da soddisfare l\u2019esigenza dell\u2019 interlocutore<\/p>\n

Time Management<\/strong>
\nImparare a gestire il tempo e lo stress nel lavoro
\nE\u2019 un addestramento personale che porta a massimizzare l\u2019uso del tempo in relazione agli obiettivi da raggiungere. E\u2019 stato ampiamente dimostrato che l\u2019utilizzo delle tecniche di time management producono un risparmio di tempo del 30% e contemporaneamente una drastica riduzione dello stress.<\/p>\n
