{"id":37992,"date":"2014-10-08T09:48:54","date_gmt":"2014-10-08T09:48:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/socialchangeschool.org\/08\/10\/2014\/asvi-interviene-allo-smart-city-tour\/"},"modified":"2014-10-08T09:48:54","modified_gmt":"2014-10-08T09:48:54","slug":"asvi-interviene-allo-smart-city-tour","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/08\/10\/2014\/asvi-interviene-allo-smart-city-tour\/","title":{"rendered":"ASVI interviene allo Smart City Tour"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il 7 Ottobre 2014 ASVI ha partecipato alla tavola rotonda <strong>\u201cThe New Entrepreneurial Revolution: How StartUps are Changing Cities in Italy and the U.S\u201d<\/strong> organizzata dall&#8217;Ambasciata Americana, dall&#8217;Amerigo Association con il supporto del Ministero dello Sviluppo Ecomomico, all&#8217;interno dello Smart City Tour.<\/p>\n<p>In apertura <strong>Vito Cozzoli<\/strong>, Capo di Gabinetto del <strong>Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico<\/strong> e Presidente di <strong>Amerigo<\/strong>, ha sottolineato il ruolo che le startups innovative hanno avuto sia negli USA che in Italia, quanto possano essere importanti in citt\u00e0 come Napoli e Roma, quanto implichino il rinnovamento del &#8220;public procurement&#8221; e dei paradigmi operativi delle imprese in logiche &#8216;digitali&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Keynote Speech di Clara Brenner, esperta di urban re-design, co-fondatrice e CEO di Tumml, l&#8217;incubatore californino specializzato sulle start up urbane. Clara ha presentato alcune start up nate grazie a Tumml e specializzate su specifici bisogni urbani come Hitch sulla <strong>mobilit\u00e0<\/strong>, Handup sulla<strong> povert\u00e0 urbana<\/strong>, Workhands per l&#8217;offerta e ricerca di <strong>manopera qualificata<\/strong>, Kidadmit per gestire i processi di <strong>pre-scolarizzazione<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marco Crescenzi, <\/strong>Presidente<strong> ASVI Social Change,<\/strong> ha ribadito il tema dell<strong>&#8216;impatto sociale<\/strong> <strong>come &#8216;misura&#8217; prioritaria dell&#8217;azione delle startups<\/strong>, oltre a quello economico e finanziario:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Il non profit in Italia combatte su frontiere solo appararentemente opposte. Sul <strong>territorio<\/strong>, per contrastare il degrado urbano e di legalit\u00e0 nei territori, in <strong>ambito finanziario<\/strong> per sviluppare l&#8217; <strong>impact investing<\/strong> e la finanza sociale, su cui sono stati presentati 40 &#8216;punti&#8217; al governo.<br \/>\nLe <strong>startups innovative a vocazione sociale<\/strong> sono una forma interessante per unire investimento e &#8216;impatto&#8217;, perch\u00e8 superano le forme storiche e un p\u00f2 obsolete del terzo settore tradizionale-di fatto chiuse agli investitori-. Speriamo che il governo vada avanti nel supportarle. Auspichiamo inoltre&#8221; -conclude Crescenzi &#8211; &#8220;<strong>modifiche nel public procurement<\/strong>: negli USA-per rimanere al confronto- gli appalti pubblici devono destinare una<strong> quota obbligatoria per le start up<\/strong>. Meglio <strong>clienti, investitori e competitions<\/strong>, che vecchi &#8216;bandi&#8217; destinati ai soliti noti e la filantropia a perdere'&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Tra i partecipanti <strong>Roma Start Up<\/strong>-l&#8217;HUB che riunisce le <strong>principali start up romane<\/strong>, ha ribadito con il suo Presidente <strong>Giammarco Carnovale<\/strong> l&#8217;invito alla politica a &#8216;rimuovere gli ostacoli&#8217; e ad un ruolo di facilitatore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forum PA<\/strong>, con il Direttore <strong>Gianni Dominici<\/strong>, ha posto l&#8217;accento sul cambio di <strong>ruolo e di identit\u00e0 dell&#8217;amministrazione, da &#8216;timoniere&#8217; a &#8216;rematore<\/strong>&#8216;-insieme a tanti altri soggetti, per creare &#8216;enabling cities&#8217;. &#8216;Attenzione&#8221;-ha avvisato Dominici- &#8220;l&#8217;Endorsment da parte del governo su questi temi \u00e8 essenziale. Gli USA sull&#8217;Open Goverment hanno prodotto solo otto paginette molto chaire, ma Obama ci ha messo la faccia e l&#8217;ha comunicato come priorit\u00e0&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Per Roma Capitale ertano presenti Irma Battaglia, Presidente della Commissione Smart City, L&#8217;Assessore alle Attivit\u00e0 Produttive Marta Leonori-che ha dennciato la paralisi burocratica &#8220;con la necessit\u00e0 di un timbro anche solo per parlare con il vicino di scrivania&#8221;, ed esponenti della Regione Lazio.<\/p>\n<p>Erano presenti tra gli altri una trentina di attori qualificati della PA e dell&#8217;Innovazione Sociale italiana. Tra gli interventi pi\u00f9 apprezzati quello del <strong>Gen. Carlo Magrassi<\/strong>, Consigliere Militare del Presidente del Consiglio, che ha evidenziato quanto tutto sia ormai talmente interconesso ed interdipendente da considerare &#8216;difesa&#8217; e &#8216;sicurezza&#8217; non settori &#8216;a parte&#8217; ma interni e trasversali a tutti i processi.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;incontro \u00e8 stato presentato da Kathleen A.
