In ciascuna delle fasi devono essere presenti consapevolmente i livelli molteplici che coinvolgono la persona ed i suoi modi di (saper) essere; il mandato (obiettivi e mansioni) ; la missione, la cultura e le risorse organizzative; l\u2019ambiente esterno all\u2019organizzazione.<\/p>\n<p>Marco Crescenzi, da Londra ci parla del <strong>Management delle Risorse Umane nelle Organizzazioni Non Profit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Senza una valida <strong><em>mission<\/em><\/strong>, non \u00e8 facile motivare \u201calla causa\u201d le persone. Ma anche in presenza di una valida e chiara mission, se l\u2019organizzazione-ambiente interno \u00e8 negativo, le persone rischiano di \u201cperdersi\u201d. Laddove sia l\u2019ambiente interno che la mission siano \u201cottimali\u201d, se non definiamo gli obiettivi del ruolo in modo chiaro avremo persone che lavorano in un buon clima e verso una causa condivisa, ma \u2026 non sanno bene quali traguardi ci si aspetta che raggiungano. Molti dirigenti danno eccessiva responsabilit\u00e0 alla \u201cscarsa condivisione della mission\u201d nella loro organizzazione, per spiegare le carenze dell\u2019organizzazione stessa, mentre magari il problema \u00e8 pi\u00f9 di carattere organizzativo.<br \/>A volte i fattori \u201cdemotivanti\u201d sono altri: scarsa capacit\u00e0 di delega da parte della direzione \u201caccentratrice\u201d, retribuzioni ritenute insufficienti o date con ritardo, lentezze, difficolt\u00e0 di essere ascoltati.<br \/>Poich\u00e9 nessuno \u00e8 cos\u00ec bravo da gestire alla perfezione tutti i livelli, la cosa migliore \u00e8 porsi in modo aperto e finch\u00e8 possibile non critico rispetto alle opinioni dei propri collaboratori, percepirne le difficolt\u00e0, le speranze, le aree di miglioramento e lavorare intelligentemente e con buon senso sui vari aspetti, con piccoli miglioramenti da apportare e comunicare. <br \/>All\u2019interno comunque di una consapevolezza pi\u00f9 ampia dei processi di valorizzazione delle risorse umane, cui il presente contributo riteniamo possa contribuire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019ONP e la sua dirigenza devono essere in grado di gestire efficacemente alcune buone prassi relative ai suddetti passaggi.
