Il Prof. Yunus \u00e8 l\u2019inventore del microcredito e fondatore in Bangladesh della<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grameen-info.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grameen Bank<\/a>, che \u00e8 il primo esempio concreto di Social Business e che eroga microcredito a 8.000.000 di persone.<\/p>\n<p>Nel suo modello il Prof. Yunus ha definito i<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>7 principi fondamentali<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>che un Social Business deve seguire per potersi definire tale:<\/p>\n<p>1. L\u2019obiettivo aziendale \u00e8 di combattere la povert\u00e0 o uno o pi\u00f9 problemi (come istruzione, salute,\u00a0 ambiente) che affliggono le persone e la societ\u00e0; non \u00e8 la massimizzazione del profitto.<\/p>\n<p>2. Auto sostenibilit\u00e0 economica e finanziaria.<\/p>\n<p>3. Agli investitori viene restituito solo il capitale iniziale investito. Nessun dividendo viene distribuito, a parte quello per restituire l\u2019investimento.<\/p>\n<p>4. Una volta che l\u2019investimento iniziale \u00e8 stato ripagato, i profitti rimangono nell\u2019azienda per finanziare l\u2019espansione e miglioramenti.<\/p>\n<p>5. Rispettoso dell\u2019ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>6. I collaboratori sono pagati con compensi allineati al mercato, ma con condizioni di lavoro migliori.<\/p>\n<p>7. Fallo con gioia.<\/p>\n<p>Esistono anche modelli di impresa sociale che si discostano da questi 7 principi, soprattutto per il punto relativo alla distribuzione degli utili agli azionisti; secondo Yunus, questi vari modelli possono e devono<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>coesistere<\/strong>, non ne esiste uno migliore degli altri, e spetta poi al singolo imprenditore sociale decidere quale perseguire.<\/p>\n<p>Personalmente preferisco quello di Yunus, ma conosco persone che hanno scelto altre strade.<\/p>\n<p>Il Social Business non mira a sostituire il tradizionale modello capitalista, ma punta invece ad<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>affiancarsi<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>ad esso, usando logiche di mercato per<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>risolvere problemi sociali<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>soprattutto dei pi\u00f9 poveri in modo economicamente autosufficiente, e<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>senza<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>dipendere da soldi pubblici e\/o dalle donazioni private.<\/p>\n<p>I primi Social Business<span>\u00a0<\/span>realizzati<span>\u00a0<\/span>da Yunus sono nati in Bangladesh, me \u00e8 un fenomeno destinato a diffondersi anche nel mondo<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>occidentale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Image source <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yunussb.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il Social Business, cos\u00ec come definito dal Premio\u00a0Nobel Muhammad Yunus, \u00e8 un modello\u00a0innovativo\u00a0per risolvere problemi sociali.
