Tempi duri per le ONG"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vi auguriamo buone feste con l&#8217;Editoriale del Presidente M. Crescenzi<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E\u2019 stato un primo semestre molto difficile, sia all\u2019interno della Scuola che per le ONG. All\u2019interno, ci siamo trovati in difficolt\u00e0 sia per problemi privati (salute) di alcuni collaboratori, sia perch\u00e9 da parte di alcune nuove risorse non ci sono stati i risultati attesi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Questo ha messo sotto fortissima pressione il <strong>nucleo \u201cstorico\u201d<\/strong> per tenere sempre alta la qualit\u00e0 della relazione con gli studenti. Ma di positivo ha portato a dei cambi di staff ed all\u2019emergere di nuovi collaboratori, ha rafforzato lo <strong>spirito di squadra<\/strong>, ha fatto <strong>riflettere e migliorare alcune procedure<\/strong>. Per condividere al meglio le decisioni e coordinare &#8211; valorizzare al massimo i contributi provenienti da chi nella Scuola opera in ambiti diversi, abbiamo anche creato un <strong>Consiglio Direttivo<\/strong> con tutti i responsabili di settore: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/faculty\/rocio-requena-diez-de-revenga\/\">Rocio Requena<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/faculty\/cinzia-dintino\/\">Cinzia D\u2019Intino<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/faculty\/federico-atzory\/\">Federico Atzori<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/faculty\/silvia-fontana-2\/\">Silvia Fontana<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/faculty\/marco-crescenzi\/\">Marco Crescenzi<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/faculty\/fabian-krone\/\">Fabian Krone<\/a>\u00a0(Adviser Strategico della Scuola).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019allargarsi \u2018<strong>worldwide<\/strong>\u2019 del nostro <strong>impatto<\/strong>, ha inoltre posto inoltre alla Social Change School alcune sane problematiche.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di approccio \u2018<strong>politico-culturale<\/strong>\u2019: va meglio delineata e promossa la posizione della Scuola su alcuni grandi temi come i flussi migratori, la povert\u00e0 oggi, le relazioni tra sviluppo ed emergenza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di \u2018<strong>Leadership<\/strong>\u2019- La Scuola, dopo 20 anni (a Settembre) \u00e8 unica nel mondo per numeri ed impatto. Arrivati fin qui sentiamo il dovere di <strong>formare non solo \u201ci migliori professionisti\u201d ma anche i nuovi Leader della societ\u00e0 civile.<\/strong> Questo va tradotto nei programmi formativi (Leadership Development) e nell\u2019approccio pedagogico (sempre pi\u00f9 in un paradigma di \u2018challenge\u2019 per gli studenti). Significher\u00e0 importanti investimenti, anche di budget e di risorse, per gli studenti, e per me forse &#8211; e spero &#8211; anche un ritorno di impegno in prima persona con i \u2018ragazzi\u2019- come nei primi 10 anni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di<strong> \u2018indirizzo\u2019 rispetto al ruolo futuro delle ONG.<\/strong> Gli <strong>attacchi politici<\/strong> alle ONG anche \u2018in casa\u2019 come in Italia, mi hanno portato a condividere le prospettive con i dirigenti delle principali Organizzazioni Internazionali-tra cui MSF, Save the Children, Action Aid, Oxfam, WWF. Credo-ed ho detto- che le ONG debbano essere pi\u00f9 presenti in casa, presidiare meglio lo spazio politico (lobbying), culturale (ad es. presenza nelle scuole per rafforzare loro awarness e reputation), mediatico (maggiore impatto sull\u2019opinione pubblica) e legale (essere pronti a denunciare chi calunnia e diffama). La<strong> creazione di \u2018unit\u00e0 di crisi\u2019<\/strong> per risposta agli attacchi politici e mediatici. Non solo fundraising ed emergenza nel breve-ma pi\u00f9 \u2018fare societ\u00e0\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nel medio e lungo periodo questo <strong>avr\u00e0 ricadute positive<\/strong> anche sul <strong>fundraising<\/strong>: senza presidio e capacit\u00e0 di risposta, reputazione e fundraising crollano. Indagini pubbliche parlano (Italia) di gravi perdite di fiducia del pubblico nelle ONG (3 intervistati su 4) e rapporti riservati di rischi di crollo delle donazioni fino a -40%. Per questo ho compreso ma non apprezzato la \u2018timidezza\u2019 di alcune organizzazioni internazionali di attesa che \u2018passi il polverone\u2019. Purtroppo le ONG danno fastidio, a Trump come a May come a Grillo, non si tratta di polvere ma di fango, ed il fango non passa, si appiccica. Coraggio, colleghi, saremo in guerra, <strong>non nascondiamo la testa sotto la sabbia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Noi siamo qui per aiutare e rafforzare awarness e reputation di tutti<\/strong>, anche a costo di impegnarci in una presenza massiccia nelle scuole superiori e nelle universit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un ringraziamento a tutti i colleghi della Scuola per la tenuta e la generosit\u00e0, in primis a Rocio Requena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un grande saluto ai corsisti delle edizioni in corso, ed ai nuovi (tanti) entrati.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Buono studio, buone vacanze!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Marco Crescenzi<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vi auguriamo buone feste con l&#8217;Editoriale del Presidente M.
