{"id":37683,"date":"2017-03-13T11:56:31","date_gmt":"2017-03-13T11:56:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/socialchangeschool.org\/13\/03\/2017\/field-experience-for-pmc-master-students\/"},"modified":"2023-03-28T09:07:11","modified_gmt":"2023-03-28T09:07:11","slug":"field-experience-for-pmc-master-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/13\/03\/2017\/field-experience-for-pmc-master-students\/","title":{"rendered":"Field Experience for PMC Master students!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Training Team for a Local Development Project in L\u2019Aquila with the PMC Master students<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The <a title=\"Master in Project Management for International Cooperation\" href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/master\/master-in-cooperazione-internazionale-europrogettazione-sviluppo-locale\/\">PMC Master programme<\/a>, training future high-level project designers specialised in international and local development programmes, culminated in the <strong>Field Experience<\/strong>: an opportunity for<strong> putting into practice the skills acquired<\/strong> by the students and for the improvement of the planning capacity of <strong>local actors<\/strong> with the support of the resolution of problematic situations in the area.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-30752  aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/03\/field-e1489405743593.jpg\" alt=\"field\" width=\"310\" height=\"344\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">During 3 intense days of work in <strong>L\u2019Aquila<\/strong>, the training team, composed of 16 students of the Master\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/master\/master-in-project-management-international-cooperation-local-development\/\">PMC in Project Management for International Cooperation<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/faculty\/alessio-di-carlo\/\">Alessio Di Carlo<\/a>, Co-Director of the Master, supported a very heterogeneous group of local and national stakeholders to identify and formulate a <strong>local development project<\/strong> to be presented by the municipality of L\u2019Aquila to the European Programme UIA (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uia-initiative.eu\/\">Urban Innovative Actions<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cI congratulate again the Master Co-Director Alessio and Cinzia for guiding us throughout the whole workshop. It has been one of the most amazing experiences because we tested our skills acquiring more awareness on the things learned throughout the course\u201d, said one of the students involved in the Field Experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The students had the opportunity to be an <strong>active part of a real project process<\/strong>, a full immersion with local and national non-profit organisations, with institutions, for-profit companies and university to apply, in a real context, all the tools acquired during the Master.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-30751  aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/03\/LAquila-e1489405584281.jpg\" alt=\"L'Aquila\" width=\"372\" height=\"235\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
