Ho capito &#8211; interrompe il visitatore &#8211; una persona normale ovviamente usa il secchio, perch\u00e9 \u00e8 pi\u00f9 grande della tazza e del cucchiaio&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Forse&#8230; &#8211; risponde il primario &#8211; sarebbe pi\u00f9 opportuno togliere il tappo? Che ne direbbe di un bel letto vicino alla finestra, ultimo piano, vista splendida?&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nel precedente post &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/10\/05\/2016\/performance-management-lavorare-e-valutare-le-risorse-umane-nelle-ong-e-nel-non-profit-precondizioni-ed-errori-da-evitare\/\">Performance Management: Lavorare e Valutare le risorse umane nelle ONG<\/a>&#8221; abbiamo avuto modo di scherzare un po\u2019 sull\u2019importanza della relazione tra le parti nel colloquio di feedback. La domanda diventa ora: come rendere tale relazione funzionale agli obiettivi della restituzione? <strong>La cura della relazione pu\u00f2 essere ricondotta a cinque aspetti basilari: conoscenza reciproca, legittimazione intersoggettiva, collusione e collisione, centratura sul compito, contenimento ed ascolto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Il colloquio di restituzione consente di diminuire<\/strong> &#8211; secondo il classico modello della <a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Schema_di_Johari\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Johari Window<\/a> &#8211;\u00a0<strong> l\u2019area \u201ccieca\u201d dell\u2019interlocutore<\/strong>, cio\u00e8 quell\u2019area di aspetti che lo riguardano e che sono noti a chi conduce il colloquio, ma che nel contempo sono ancora ignoti al soggetto interessato. Forse \u00e8 nell\u2019esperienza di ognuno di noi che ricevere un feedback circa la propria area cieca da parte di uno sconosciuto &#8211; quale \u00e8 una persona che non si sia in qualche modo aperta e manifestata &#8211; assume facilmente una valenza di intrusione e di minaccia che ostacola l\u2019accoglimento dei contenuti, soprattutto se delicati e critici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L\u2019interazione tra i comunicanti \u00e8 infatti pi\u00f9 efficace se ciascuno di essi ha messo in comune con l\u2019altro una serie di informazioni su di s\u00e9:<\/strong> sulla propria identit\u00e0, sul proprio ruolo, sulle proprie intenzioni ed aspettative. La situazione interattiva \u00e8 facilitata se tale \u201capertura\u201d gi\u00e0 precede il colloquio di restituzione, altrimenti conviene che la prima parte del tempo a disposizione venga dedicata ad instaurare almeno un minimo di conoscenza e disponibilit\u00e0 reciproca. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 una condizione necessaria, anche se non sufficiente, all\u2019instaurarsi della fiducia, cio\u00e8 di una relazione che risulti rassicurante quando il soggetto riceve una conferma della propria immagine di s\u00e9 e stimolante quando emergono invece elementi inattesi, sorprendenti, critici appunto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Un aspetto non secondario della conoscenza reciproca \u00e8 anche la verifica di una sufficiente motivazione \u201cintrinseca\u201d<\/strong>, in entrambi i poli del rapporto, ad affrontare il colloquio in questione.
