{"id":37644,"date":"2016-07-26T08:59:19","date_gmt":"2016-07-26T08:59:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/socialchangeschool.org\/26\/07\/2016\/working4hrm-lo-smart-working\/"},"modified":"2023-03-28T11:35:20","modified_gmt":"2023-03-28T11:35:20","slug":"working4hrm-lo-smart-working","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/26\/07\/2016\/working4hrm-lo-smart-working\/","title":{"rendered":"#Working4HRM- Lo smart-working"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Simone Sgueo|HRM Save the Children Italia| 26 luglio 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Una cosa \u00e8 ormai sicura, le tecnologie hanno permeato completamente il nostro modo di vivere e quindi di lavorare.<\/strong> Non esiste lavoro (o quasi) che non ricerchi l\u2019innovazione, ahim\u00e8 \u00e8 vero, troppo spesso in ottica di risparmio di costi delle risorse umane, ma anche agganciate ad una efficienza che i moderni strumenti a disposizione sono in grado di offrirci, e che caratterizzano soprattutto le realt\u00e0 aziendali pi\u00f9 dinamiche e le start up.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Il modello di smart-working impone per\u00f2 una valutazione attenta. <\/strong>Una valutazione che prenda prima di tutto in considerazione le caratteristiche delle attivit\u00e0 svolte dai lavoratori e certamente il loro livello di mobilit\u00e0 sia all\u2019interno che all\u2019esterno dell\u2019azienda.\u00a0 Proprio in tale ottica di recente, <strong>l\u2019Osservatorio del Politecnico di Milano ha presentato una analisi pi\u00f9 dettagliata di un panel rappresentativo di lavoratori italiani, traendone in conclusione delle funzioni pi\u00f9 assimilabili allo smart-working.<\/strong> In breve: Acquisti, Sistemi Informativi, Amministrazione, Controllo e Finanza sarebbero le funzioni maggiormente pronte ad adottare logiche di smart-working. Dall\u2019altro lato, invece, Risorse Umane e Organizzazione sarebbero quelle che peggio vi si adattano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Come <strong>Save the Children<\/strong> per un verso abbiamo sposato pienamente alcune logiche dell\u2019analisi del Politecnico e non solo e dello smart-working in generale, ed in particolare confermiamo che questo ci restituisce immediatamente almeno tre chiari vantaggi:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Efficienza organizzativa e di costo<\/strong> (ufficio meno popoloso, spazi maggiori per i dipendenti, razionalizzazione migliore dei luoghi di lavoro)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Soddisfazione dello staff<\/strong>: rientra certamente tra i benefit pi\u00f9 graditi e spesso meglio considerati da candidati con i quali si tratta il pacchetto di assunzione, cosi come la flessibilit\u00e0 ampia di orario.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Risultati di performance migliori:<\/strong> la possibilit\u00e0 di lavorare da casa ci restituisce spesso una maggior qualit\u00e0 nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Non mi trovo per\u00f2 del tutto d\u2019accordo con l\u2019analisi del Politecnico, perch\u00e9 le aree pi\u00f9 ricettive all\u2019uso dello strumento e dove troviamo i risultati migliori sono quelle del Marketing, della Comunicazione, nel nostro specifico mondo dei Programmi soprattutto intesi come ricerca e consulenza, ed anche delle Risorse Umane, che invece riescono a gestire, non in uno smart-work 100%, ma magari parzializzato su una o due giornate a settimana, una piena efficienza personale e professionale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In conclusione, <strong>seppur l\u2019analisi del mercato ci restituisce oggi evidenti segnali che siamo pronti a passare ad un modo di lavorare 2.0, questi segnali sono ancora restii <\/strong>o soggetti, in primis ad una legislazione del telelavoro lenta e non al passo con la realt\u00e0, ma anche ad una cultura errata ed in parte molto \u201citaliana\u201d secondo la quale il timbrare il cartellino ed essere fisicamente presenti in un luogo fisico chiamato ufficio per almeno 8 ore, sia la cartina tornasole dell\u2019efficienza, decisamente pi\u00f9 importante del raggiungimento efficacie dei risultati del ruolo con buoni margini di qualit\u00e0 e la corretta tempistica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se vi interessa il tema, potete leggere l&#8217;articolo di\u00a0<strong>Simone Sgueo\u00a0<\/strong>&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/RsnjND\">Working4HRM- Quali metodologie innovative-sostenibili di valutatione del personale adottare?<\/a>&#8221;\u00a0pubblicato precedentemente sul Blog4Change di ASVI Social Change<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Simone Sgueo|HRM Save the Children Italia| 26 luglio 2016 Una cosa \u00e8 ormai sicura, le tecnologie hanno permeato completamente il nostro modo di vivere e quindi di lavorare.
