{"id":37619,"date":"2016-04-11T07:01:55","date_gmt":"2016-04-11T07:01:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/socialchangeschool.org\/11\/04\/2016\/ngos-mission-hrm-the-new-editorial-project-with-the-ngos-hrm\/"},"modified":"2023-03-28T11:35:22","modified_gmt":"2023-03-28T11:35:22","slug":"ngos-mission-hrm-the-new-editorial-project-with-the-ngos-hrm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/11\/04\/2016\/ngos-mission-hrm-the-new-editorial-project-with-the-ngos-hrm\/","title":{"rendered":"#Working4hrm, the new project with the NGOs\u2019 HRM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Marco Crescenzi| 12 aprile 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">How is it possible that some\u00a0of the most well-known and expert Italian NGOs, have an average of 30-40 annual vacancies \u2018always on\u2019 and that sometimes they are not able to start their projects because of a lack of staff and losing, amidst\u00a0\u00a0millions of euros?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">How is it possible that major International NGOs start recruitment processes and \u00a0often close them only a \u00a0year after commencing?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">How is it that, despite high jobs offers, NGOs often fail even to manage or \u00a0respond in an open-ended way to spontaneous applications\u00a0\u2013 in which- I am sure- they would find the profiles they need-\u00a0whilst those that have a HRM department, must often rely on external consultants?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What is the difference in the recruitment processes and in the \u2018nonprofit professional market\u2019 among Italy, Spain, UK and other contries?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I think that dealing with- and helping to solve- those issues, is one of the main responsibilities of ASVI Social Change as European Leader for Non-profit training.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201cBlog4Change<\/strong>\u201d reached in a short time noticeable numbers and collaborators, also thanks to the synergy with the Blog published on \u201c<strong>Il Fatto Quotidiano<\/strong>\u201d, the most ever followed \u00a0in Italy on Non Profit topics (up to 10.000 readers per post).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Starting from today, together with the (editorial and research) project\u00a0<strong>\u201cWorking4-HRM\u201d<\/strong>, they will both be\u00a0<strong>channels of comparison for<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u201cHRM\u201d colleagues<\/strong>\u00a0of the sector,\u00a0<strong>in Italy and internationally<\/strong>\u00a0(EU with a focus on Italy, Spain and the UK, where the EU headquarters of Social Change School are and Southeast Asia), on the burning issues such as:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-the\u00a0<strong>recruitment problems<\/strong>, also with a comparison between different countries-in particular Italy, Spain, Uk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-the most\u00a0<strong>efficient and effective matching mechanisms<\/strong>\u00a0and the digitalisation of the recruitment (look at: ex.
