Ha trascorso la sua infanzia e \u00a0ha svolto i suoi studi nei campi per Internally Displaced Persons (IDP). Ha iniziato la sua carriera come dentista, ma ha poi ottenuto una laurea in Community Psychology. Successivamente, ha conseguito un Master in Public Health-International Health and Development.<\/p>\n<p>Michael ha fatto parte del primo Gruppo di fellow del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/master\/international-master\/master-in-project-management-for-international-development-and-humanitarian-aid\/\"><strong>Master MIDHA in Project Management for International Development and Humanitarian Aid<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>della Social Change School. Michael \u00e8 stato un <b>International<\/b>\u00a0<strong>Ford Foundation fellow<\/strong>\u00a0per l\u2019impegno dimostrato nel le ingiustizie sociali in Uganda del Nord dal 2010 al 2012, ed ha ottenuto l\u2019International Compton Foundation fellowship per la grande dedizione nel far fronte alle sfide di salute e diritti riproduttivi e sessuali in Africa Subsahariana.<\/p>\n<p>Michael lavora nel settore umanitario\u00a0 e di sviluppo da pi\u00f9 di 14 anni, durante i quali ha collaborato con organizzazioni internazionali quali <strong>Save the Children<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>John<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Snow<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Inc<\/strong>\u00a0(JSI),\u00a0<strong>UNFPA<\/strong>. La maggior parte delle sue esperienze ha avuto luogo in Uganda e\u00a0<strong>Sud<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Sudan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Michael \u00e8 uno specialista del program management e del cambiamento sociale e comportamentale, sia nel settore dello sviluppo che in quello delle emergenze. Conosciuto per il suo grande impegno nella giustizia sociale, Michael crede nell\u2019importanza di migliorare la qualit\u00e0 della vita di<b>rifugiati, donne e bambini<\/b>, e delle persone colpite da <b>disastri<\/b>.
