In tutto il mondo <strong>le aziende hanno largamente superato il terzo settore nell\u2019indice di fiducia dei pubblici<\/strong> (<em>Dati Edelman Trust Barometer 2023,24<\/em>).<\/p><p>Diversi i motivi: seriet\u00e0 dell\u2019impegno richiesto e resistenza alla frustrazione, stipendi spesso pi\u00f9 bassi, insufficiente ricambio generazionale, retorica della &#8220;gratuit\u00e0&#8221; e del volontariato, squilibri di genere nel management, impreparazione del middle management, attrazione strutturale di profili di \u2018good people\u2019 meno spesso di \u2018smart people\u2019, insufficienti investimenti nell&#8217;ambito HR, passaparola negativo di lavoratori insoddisfatti.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-132503e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"132503e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">VISION E MISSION<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-13e2a85 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"13e2a85\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Aumentare il livello di talento e leadership\u00a0 nelle organizzazioni di terzo settore, supportando la qualit\u00e0 dell\u2019HRM e riducendo i costi di gestione per candidato.<\/p><p><strong>Space T<\/strong> \u00e8 l\u2019azione di sistema 2025-2030 preposta a portare avanti questa missione. Supportare il miglioramento della qualit\u00e0\u00a0 del lavoro degli uffici HR.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Attraverso un cambio di paradigma concettuale, una strategia di talent intelligence, ed una operativit\u00e0 digitale ed AI di alto livello;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Aumento qualit\u00e0 delle Persone<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
