Sistema 2025-2030 per lo Sviluppo di Leadership e di Managerialit\u00e0 Femminile nel Terzo Settore<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b5eb16 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4b5eb16\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>L\u2019azione.<\/strong> \u201cLeading Together\u201d nasce su proposta di Social Change School, (SCS) impegnata dal 1997 nella formazione dei professionisti e manager del Terzo Settore, e all\u2019interno di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/crescenzi-and-partners-consulting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leaders4Future<\/a> \u2013 la rete delle direttrici e dei direttori generali del Terzo Settore italiano, supportata dalla Scuola.<\/p><p>Social Change School \u00e8 attiva a livello internazionale con particolare impegno in Italia e Spagna.<\/p><p><strong><br \/>Obiettivo:<\/strong> Donne in posizione direttiva (Direttrice\/Direttrice Generale, Segretaria Generale) al 60%, entro il 2030, nelle prime 100 organizzazioni italiane (ONG, Associazioni, Cooperative Sociali), in parit\u00e0 retributiva e con capacit\u00e0 di leadership professionale, di cui poi i 3 risultati attesi sono specifiche.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-132503e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"132503e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">INTRODUZIONE \u2013 SCENARIO<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-13e2a85 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"13e2a85\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Seppur con una presenza manageriale femminile in percentuale molto superiore al settore profit, nel Terzo Settore italiano persiste ancora un divario significativo tra uomini e donne nei ruoli apicali. A fronte di un 67% di donne e 33% di uomini impiegate\/i nel settore, la percentuale di dirigenti si ribalta in modo speculare, con il 30-40% di dirigenti donne ed il 60\/70% di dirigenti uomini.<\/p><p>Questi dati segnalano:<\/p><ul><li>Una contraddizione valoriale che si sente il bisogno di colmare<\/li><li>Un mancato sfruttamento del potenziale: gli studi dimostrano che le organizzazioni guidate da donne, tendono ad adottare approcci pi\u00f9 inclusivi e responsabili, con impatti positivi sia sulle performance interne sia sui risultati esterni<\/li><li>Un rischio di perdita reputazionale e di \u2018appeal\u2019 nei confronti dei giovani (sempre pi\u00f9 attenti all\u2019eguaglianza di genere e che iniziano a vedere il Terzo Settore come \u2018datato\u2019, troppo gestito da uomini \u201cdi una certa et\u00e0 e bianchi\u201d) e da parte delle donne con pi\u00f9 forti ambizioni di carriera.<\/li><li>Una incompleta equit\u00e0 di genere che comporta minori opportunit\u00e0 per le donne e maggior carico di stress e rinunce<\/li><\/ul><p>In tal senso \u00e8 importante ed urgente la necessit\u00e0 di una azione di sistema che riequilibri la situazione verso una maggiore coerenza. Pertanto da Gennaio 2025 abbiamo avviato un confronto con le principali organizzazioni e una parte del mondo femminista italiano.<\/p><p>La concezione della managerialit\u00e0 e della leadership che proporremo ha dei presupposti scientifici basati sulla psicologia sociale (leadership trasformativa, situazionale e shared leadership) e non \u2018ideologici\u2019 &#8211; come la cosiddetta \u2018leadership femminista\u2019 (la quale in realt\u00e0 \u2018si appoggia\u2019 ai modelli di leadership trasformazionali e distribuiti, ma non esiste dal punto di vista scientifico).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f516eac elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f516eac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ricerca sulla Managerialit\u00e0 femminile<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a20a48 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a20a48\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00c8 stata gi\u00e0 realizzata la <strong>Ricerca sulla managerialit\u00e0 femminile: <\/strong>&#8220;Fattori abilitanti e disabilitanti della managerialit\u00e0 femminile e della leadership nel Terzo Settore&#8221;, mediante approccio qualitativo e quantitativo e che ha coinvolto alcune tra le principali donne manager italiane e la rete dei Dirigenti Nonprofit italiani, Leaders4Future.<\/p><p>La ricerca verr\u00e0 presentata a breve in sedi istituzionali.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div preparazione ad esercitare modalit\u00e0 di leadership professionali, ossia situazionali, che vadano il pi\u00f9 possibile verso quella che viene definita <em>\u2018shared leadership\u2019<\/em> e <em>\u201cleadership trasformazionale\u201d<\/em>, al di l\u00e0 di approcci ideologici o divulgativi (leadership \u201cfemminista\u201d, \u201cgentile\u201d, \u201cservant\u201d, concetti che non rispecchiamento coerente delle loro componenti di genere, diminuire il burnout delle operatrici, poter esprimere il massimo potenziale, migliorare gli stili di leadership, garantire parit\u00e0
