She previously held the position of\u00a0Deputy CEO and before that of\u00a0Head of Marketing and C<b>ommunications<\/b>, always at <strong>Save the Children Italy<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Before Save the Children, she used to work as <strong>Marketing and Fundraising Director at Greenpeace Italy <\/strong>and as<strong> National Director at CBM<\/strong>&#8211; Christian Blind Mission, where she coordinated the start up in Italy (acquiring 140.000 donors in the first three years).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daniela is an <strong>expert in Social Communication, Fundraising Techniques, Direct Email Marketing<\/strong>, consultant and trainer in some of the most important Italian and international NGOs and also in the Social Change School. She is a <strong>Social Change School Alumna, class of 1999.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She was born in Pisa in 1974. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and worked as marketing consultant at Studio Lentati for several years. She has started working for<strong>\u00a0Save the Children Italy <\/strong>in 2004 as a <strong>Donors Recruiter and Development Manager<\/strong>. She also worked on the development of fundraising activities connected to the recruitment of donors, which is the core business of the organization. Daniela has<strong>\u00a0travelled across Africa and India,<\/strong>\u00a0has <strong>deep passion for cooperating<\/strong>\u00a0in general and also for her job. Her life and work experiences in developing countries have given her the opportunity to enrich her cultural understanding\u00a0and most iimportantly\u00a0her soul.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cOnly those who dare, may fly\u201d, by Luis Sepulveda\u2019s <em>The Story of a Seagull and the Cat who Taught her to Fly<\/em>, is her inspirational quote.<\/p><p style=\"text-align:
