interact with development projects, mainly in the identification, formulation and monitoring phase, the <em>Result-based Management Manual <\/em>by Andrea Stroppiana is provided to PMC \u2013 Project Management for International Cooperation students to ensure they have an adequate knowledge when dealing with the preparation and management of projects.<\/p>\n<p>In this book, \u201cprojects\u201d are intended as \u201cseries of activities aimed at producing clearly specified objectives, in a determined period of time and with a specific budget\u201d and \u201cdifficult contexts\u201d are those in which the projects promoter is \u201cfar\u201d from the beneficiary and those in which \u201cthe projects\u2019 final beneficiaries are represented by the whole community\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In the
