answer: producing new ideas that can answer to the social needs in the most effective ways, and at the same time, creating new \u00a0social collaborations between Public, enterprises,<strong> non profit, finance,<\/strong> schools and universities, citizens and phisical and virtual communities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">New alleances and new \u201cbusiness\u201d modalities,
