Through the <strong>experiences of our students<\/strong>, both the successes and the possible\u00a0failures, you&#8217;ll be able to understand what are the steps to be taken in the sector; thanks to the <strong>advices of our experts<\/strong> you&#8217;ll be able to write an acceptable CV (without any fear); through the<strong> news and analysis<\/strong>\u00a0of the courses taken by our students, you&#8217;ll get to know or remember about the tools or information that will be handy in your professional path, whether you already work in the Nonprofit or you are just entering it.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Career Development Service: who are we?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Career Development Service was born\u00a0<strong>16 years ago, in 2002,<\/strong>\u00a0with the increase in the number of students and the strengthening of the relationships with the organisations and of our growing responsibilities; since 2002, it has always been one of our main assets.<\/p>\n<p>The responsible of the service,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/faculty\/tirso-puig-de-la-bellacasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tirso Puig de la Bellacasa<\/a>, comes from the international cooperation sector, but he also worked as\u00a0Career Adviser both on the field and in prestigious educational Institutes (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/28\/02\/2018\/get-to-know-us-tirso-puig-de-la-bellacasa-head-of-career-development-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">read here<\/a> to find out more about the Head of Career Development Service). He knows very well the Italian and international markets, works full time in Madrid, working closely with the President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/faculty\/marco-crescenzi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marco Crescenzi<\/a>, the Head of Didactics (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/faculty\/cinzia-dintino\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cinzia D\u2019Intino<\/a>), the Responsible for Administration (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/faculty\/rocio-requena-diez-de-revenga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rocio Requena<\/a> \u2013 legal aspects), and with all the Masters Coordinators. At\u00a0 the moment the team is composed by 7 people.<\/p>\n<p>Would you like a preview?<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/02\/CAREERDEVELOPMENT-410x1024.png\" alt=\"CAREERDEVELOPMENT\" \/>The service is long and articulated into <strong>10 steps<\/strong>, that will be analysed offering food for thought, advices and tools.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Career Development Service: why?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The service has two objectives: <strong>EMPLOYABILITY and LONG-TERM PROFESSIONAL EFFECTIVENESS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The first objective,\u00a0 EMPLOYABILITY, explicates into the creation of the professional profile and the competences that are requested the most by the NonProfit market; it facilitates the contact between the fellows and the job market through personalised coaching, specific trainings and meetings with the HRM of the NGOs.<\/p>\n<p>The second\u00a0 objective, long-term\u00a0PROFESSIONAL EFFECTIVENESS, starts\u00a0 from creating a long-term and correct professional profile (with an outlook on the future) to make the difference in the job market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Follow us on this journey<\/strong> to the discovery of the tools, ideas and reflections for a concrete and results-focused Career Development.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NonProfit work&#8230; As seen from the inside!
