\u201cProject Management Monitoring and Evaluation Techniques & Processes\u201d <\/strong>was\u00a0the last Workshop of this year for our fellows who started the Master PMC- Project Management for International Cooperation, Euro-Project Management and Local Development<\/strong><\/a> in June 2017.<\/p>\n

\"\"The four days in Madrid, from the 14th<\/sup> to the 17th<\/sup> of December, at the co-working space La Industial<\/a>, in the wonderful Barrio of Malasa\u00f1a, have been intense and rich in laboratories during which the students could put into practice the theory and tools acquired thanks to Alessio Di Carlo<\/strong><\/a>, Co-Director of the Master PMC, and Vice-President of <\/strong>COOPERACTION ONLUS<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u00a0The first day focused on \u201cPROJECT MANAGEMENT ON THE FIELD – Planning and management of supplies, costs, timings, activities<\/strong>\u201d: the students had the opportunity to see in details the startup of a project on the field.<\/p>\n

Day 2 and 3 were dedicated to Project Monitoring, <\/strong>the lecturer covered concepts such as the criteria of Monitoring and Evaluation, the Logical Framework as a tool for Evaluation, providing both theory and practice to the students on the creation of monitoring matrixes and indicators of Efficiency, Effectiveness and Context.<\/p>\n

The final day was focused on \u201cTHE FINANCIAL REPORTING OF A PROJECT\u201d<\/strong> and on the \u201cP<\/strong>ROJECT CLOSURE AND DONOR CONTROL\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The students also had the occasion to celebrate the Christmas Jumper Day<\/strong>, initiative promoted in Italy by Save The Children<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This experience in Madrid was greatly appreciated by the students. They participated actively and with engagement to all the workshops and they achieved\u00a0a greater\u00a0awareness of the most important tools of Project Management on the field.<\/p>\n
