It was lead\u00a0by\u00a0<strong>Silvia Capotorto<\/strong>\u2013 AIRC,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/docenti\/giancarla-pancione\/\">Giancarla Pancione<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Save the Children Italia,<strong>\u00a0Lorenzo Catapano<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Save the Children Italia,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/veronicamanna\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Veronica Manna<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 NonProfit Factory.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-32487\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/12\/IMG_6544-2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_6544 2\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cFundraising is the art of teaching others the joy of donating\u201d this famous sentence by Henry Rosso, quoted during the lesson of Community Fundraising led by Veronica Manna, former student and now consultant of the Social Change School, closed the third day of workshop.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-32488\" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/12\/IMG_6546-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_6546\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/>Day 2, was completely dedicated to Individual Giving, with an intriguing full immersion with\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Giancarla Pancione<\/strong>, Head of Marketing department at<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.savethechildren.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Save The Children Italia<\/a><\/strong>. At the end of the lecture, a student thanked her for &#8220;<em>her professionalism, passion and completeness of the contents that she was able to trasmit&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">At the end of the day, they also had the occasion to celebrate the Christmas Jumper Day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The students have achieved important\u00a0<strong>formative objectives<\/strong>, they have, in fact, acquired the main theoretical and practical schemes of the fundraising techniques:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>The \u201c<strong>Corporate Fundraising<\/strong>\u201d, fundraising with enterprises, a fascinating theme, and always in the centre of novelties respect to the Corporate Social \u00a0Responsibility (CSR);<\/li>\n<li>The role of\u00a0<strong>individual donors<\/strong>, from the one-off donor to the major donor;<\/li>\n<li>The \u201c<strong>Digital Fundraising<\/strong>\u201d and the close bond with communication, fundraising through online channels, social networks and crowdfunding,<\/li>\n<li>The \u201c<strong>Community Fundraising<\/strong>\u201d closes the circle and receives the influences of all the other techniques for the nurturing of a community, based on trust, for fundraising dedicated to specific community projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">For a stronger learning on the different fundrasing sectors, the students could analyse some of the best campaigns of national and international NGOs, and could put the theory into practice during group laboratories.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Many tools, labs and analysis of \u2018case studies\u2019 were held during the workshop. Also very important was the added value of the experiences of the professionals who led the workshop.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Following the programme of the three days:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Day 1.\u00a0<strong>Corporate Fundraising<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Day 2.\u00a0<strong>Individual Giving<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Day 3.\u00a0<strong>Digital Fundraising.
