{"id":2583,"date":"2017-11-20T16:06:12","date_gmt":"2017-11-20T16:06:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/socialchangeschool.org\/2017\/11\/master-pmc-in-brussels-workshop-on-europroject-management-in-the-heart-of-europe\/"},"modified":"2024-03-18T14:19:32","modified_gmt":"2024-03-18T14:19:32","slug":"master-pmc-in-brussels-workshop-on-europroject-management-in-the-heart-of-europe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/20\/11\/2017\/master-pmc-in-brussels-workshop-on-europroject-management-in-the-heart-of-europe\/","title":{"rendered":"Master PMC in Brussels: Workshop on Europroject Management in the heart of Europe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Workshop on Europroject Management standards, programmes, strategies and techniques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">From the 14<sup>th<\/sup> till the 16<sup>th<\/sup> of November, the Workshop of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/master\/master-in-project-management-international-cooperation-local-development\/\"><strong>Master\u00a0PMC \u2013 Project Management for International Cooperation, Euro-Project Management and Local Development<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>was held in Brussels and lead by <a href=\"https:\/\/be.linkedin.com\/in\/bruno-mola-00815119\/it\">Bruno Mola<\/a>, Consultant and trainer in Development Policies, Project Design and Management, Monitoring &amp; Evalutation, at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesaubergesdejeunesse.be\/en_US\/page\/meetingroom\">Les Auberges de Jeunesse<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0The topic of the Workshop is the <strong>EUROPROJECT MANAGEMENT<\/strong>, and it is focused on the standard, programmes, strategies and techniques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/11\/23659467_1675791689138203_6095279945010523041_n-e1510932127293.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-32304 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/11\/23659467_1675791689138203_6095279945010523041_n-e1510932127293-300x207.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"351\" height=\"242\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">After many years of workshops held in Brussels, there is now a small community of former students working in the city.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">By the end of the workshop, the students had achieved important learning objectives: the knowledge of the <strong>European Programmes 2014-2020 and the different funds, how to build and manage an international partnership and how to write a winning project proposal and its budget.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">During their last morning in Brussels, the students visited the European Commission. Brussels surely is the best place for our students to approach the Europroject Management, to provide a base of awareness on some significant cultural premises to the work on the\u00a0<strong>field of the Europroject manager\u00a0<\/strong>and to get to know the framework of the\u00a0<strong>strategic priorities of the EU.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/11\/23550085_1673085929408779_4052142802899161608_o.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-32259 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/11\/23550085_1673085929408779_4052142802899161608_o-e1510741222571-300x177.jpg\" alt=\"23550085_1673085929408779_4052142802899161608_o\" width=\"357\" height=\"211\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Following the programme of the three days:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Day 1.\u00a0<strong>Strategy 2010 and main European Programmes 2014-2020;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Partnership Management:<\/strong> <strong>how to build a winning strategy;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Finding the proper call for proposal for your project, writing a winning proposal;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Day 2.\u00a0<strong>The concepts.
