Logistic in the field<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first day was\u00a0held entirely in English with students from different parts of Europe, divided among institutional interventions and presentations of the <strong>President of the Social Change School, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/faculty\/marco-crescenzi\/\">Marco Crescenzi,<\/a> the keynote speech by Federico Marcon<\/strong>, former student of the Social Change School and now Strategic Growth and Business Development Manager at <strong>Australian Red Cross.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leaders of some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/about\/partnership\/\">NGOs historically partners <\/a>attended, especially <strong>Marcelo Garcia Dalla Costa<\/strong>\u00a0Emergency Unit Responsible at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intersos.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Intersos<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 lecturer of the Master HOPE,\u00a0<strong>Marco Galaverni<\/strong>\u00a0responsible for the Bio Diversity of\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>WWF<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Italia<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>Chiara Grecchi<\/strong> HR Selection Officer at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.emergency.it\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Emergency<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<strong>Roberta Rughetti<\/strong>\u00a0Programme Director at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amref.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AMREF<\/a>,\u00a0<strong>Gianpaolo Montini,<\/strong>\u00a0General Director of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.peterpanonlus.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Peter Pan Onlus<\/a>,\u00a0<strong>Farida Bena<\/strong> Master PMC Director, and also representative of <a href=\"https:\/\/agire.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AGIRE<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aiesec.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AIESEC<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.esnitalia.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Erasmus Student Network<\/a>\u00a0Italia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After a symbolic handover from the student of the previous edition to the new students, the staff then discussed the <strong>Masters and relative Qualifying processes, the Story, the Didactic Model of the Social Change School,\u00a0<\/strong>a \u201cblended\u201d model (mixed) with a combination of distance and in class learning during the Master, developed in over 20 years of cooperation with NGOs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Project works were introduced: from conception to realization and presentation for the final exam.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the afternoon, we focused on the processes of <strong>Professional Development<\/strong>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/it\/didattica\/career-service\/\"><strong>Career Development<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0of the Social Change School.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The students were\u00a0involved in the afternoon in a <strong>Self-Impact Presentation \u2013 Creativity for self-improvement.<\/strong> A moment that is \u2018warm\u2019 and full of emotions and expectations, during which they could present themselves to their colleagues and staff in two minutes, telling their story, dream and goal for the master using an object that holds a special meaning to represent them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A warm welcome and a big good luck to our students!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The initial meeting was held on Friday, the 7th of July, in Rome, for the\u00a0Masters in Project Management for International Cooperation, Master in Fundraising Management and Master in Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies Managing Projects, People, Administration &amp;
