A Training Team for a Local Development Project in L\u2019Aquila with the PMC Master students<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The PMC Master programme, training future high-level project designers specialized in international and local development programmes, culminated in the Field Experience<\/strong>: an opportunity for putting into practice the skills acquired<\/strong> by the students and for the improvement of the planning capacity of local actors<\/strong> with the support to the resolution of problematic situations in the area<\/p>\n

\u00a0\"field\"<\/p>\n

During 3 intense days of work in L\u2019Aquila<\/strong>, the training team, composed by 16 students of the Master\u00a0PMC in Project Management for International Cooperation<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and Alessio Di Carlo<\/a>, Co-Director of the Master, supported a very heterogeneous group of local and national stakeholders to identify and formulate a local development project<\/strong> to be presented by the municipality of L\u2019Aquila to the European Programme UIA (Urban Innovative Actions<\/a>).<\/p>\n

\u201cI congratulate again the Master Co-Director Alessio and Cinzia for guiding us throughout the \u00a0whole workshop. It has been one of the most amazing experiences because we tested our skills acquiring more awareness on the things learned throughout the course\u201d, said one of the student involved in the Field Experience.<\/p>\n

The students had the opportunity to be an active part of a real project process<\/strong>, a full immersion with local and national non profit organizations, with institutions, for profit companies and univerisity to apply, in a real context, all the tools acquired during the Master.<\/p>\n

\"L'Aquila\"<\/p>\n

Using the words of our students: \u00a0\u201cThe most interesting aspect was \u00a0that it has been a real experience in \u00a0contact with the problems and needs \u00a0of people, discovering how ideas \u00a0and suggestions can grow \u00a0up from \u00a0a common shared situation of \u00a0 \u00a0informations and emotions\u201d.<\/p>\n
