The students, could see how each organisation of the Third Sector, should have <strong>strategic objectives,<\/strong> within a \u201c<strong>mission<\/strong>\u201d and a \u201c<strong>vision<\/strong>\u201d, but also the importance of evaluating strengths and weaknesses, keeping track of opportunities and threats coming from the outside and how they can use different tools for project planning and evaluation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the first day, <strong>Filippo Montesi, Evaluation Officer at\u00a0<\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/humanfoundation.it\/eng\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Human Foundation<\/a><\/strong>, showed one of the most used methodologies, the <strong>Theory of Change<\/strong>, that organisations with social scope use in order to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Understand the complexity of social phenomena;<\/li>\n<li>Analyse the problems on which they want to intervene, in order to make them part of a social change model;<\/li>\n<li>Develop social interventions and innovations;<\/li>\n<li>Start up processes of collaboration and a multi-stakeholder approach;<\/li>\n<li>Improve the planning, management, evaluation and communication capacities for social impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the second day, kept the students busy with the focus on the <strong>Business Model CANVAS<\/strong>, with <strong>Michele Forbicioni, <\/strong>in order to acquire another tool for the creation of social business and fundraising programmes and projects. They then explored with \u00a0<strong>Eugenio La Mesa<\/strong>, the theme of <strong>Project Financing<\/strong>, getting to know different project funding methodologies, from the most common sources to the innovative ones.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The third day, was dedicated to the <strong>Business Plan<\/strong>, with two experts on the subject,\u00a0<strong>Fabio Montanari<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Paolo Santambrogio<\/strong>.
