Change of life, from a multinational to an international cooperation: Titti Andriani and others"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The first memory of Titti Andriani, is at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/the-admission-and-evaluation-face-to-face-interview\/\">Potential Evaluation Interview<\/a> in 2008.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Already with a solid \u2018for profit\u2019 career, but at the same time a committed volunteer, she felt the strong need to put her competences and determination at the service of those who needed it more. Going back to that day, her \u2018<strong>professional dream<\/strong>\u2019 was to create<strong> her own organisation, active in Africa on the themes of oncology prevention<\/strong>, also with the support of her husband, an oncologist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A social &#8220;start up&#8221; actually, a path of social self-entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Titti\u2019s potential did not surprise me &#8211; her determination and sensibility were typical of many coming from the for profit, who come to us for help to turn their life around, \u201clooking for a greater meaning and impact\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">What I could not imagine, was how concrete and quick\u00a0she would have been in giving a real and solid shape to her dream.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">After attending the Master <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/master\/master-in-fundraising-management-comunication-marketing-campaigning\/\">FRAME<\/a>\u00a0in Fundraising Management, she called to inform me about the foundation of her &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.afron.org\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AFRON- Oncology for Africa Onlus<\/a>&#8220;, of which she is Founder and President.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">After a while, she called the School looking for interns.
