The Social Change School confirms its role as the first professional recruitment basin for the Italian NGOs. A double function of service towards the NGOs and their HRM, and the students. Our success is their success, and vice versa. The strengthening and the internationalisation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/didattica\/career-service\/\"><strong>Career Service<\/strong><\/a>, working on Innovation and quality of the <strong>Project Work<\/strong> also through\u00a0 specialised external advisers, the increase of the \u2018<strong>on the field\u2019 Challenges<\/strong>, some amongst the most significant methodological reinforcements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u201cThe Social Change School will never be an elitist school, and it is always ready to invest in all the brave people who believe in making a difference with their professional careers. <strong>Humility and conscientious work<\/strong>, for us and all the students, are the code words for 2017.
