{"id":2471,"date":"2016-10-04T13:21:06","date_gmt":"2016-10-04T13:21:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/socialchangeschool.org\/2016\/10\/100-employed-a-team-victory\/"},"modified":"2024-03-18T14:20:49","modified_gmt":"2024-03-18T14:20:49","slug":"100-employed-a-team-victory","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/04\/10\/2016\/100-employed-a-team-victory\/","title":{"rendered":"100% employed- a team victory!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ASVI Social Change is a \u201cformative ecosystem\u201d that relies on the valuable contribution of Teachers, Advisers and professionals of the sector, that have been collaborating for years, in order to reach an objective as significant as those that emerged from the<strong> Employment Follow Up Analysis<\/strong>, May 2014 edition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Below are\u00a0some comments from the Directors and Advisers, on the data related to the success of our students\u2019 employment<\/strong>\u00a0thanks to the Master.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/docenti\/stefano-oltolini\/\">Stefano Oltolini<\/a>,\u00a0<strong>Foundation Partnership Manager for COOPI- International Cooperation and Director of the PMC Master <\/strong>in Project Management:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe attention to the measurement over the time of such an important and impactful indicator like the employment follow up from 1 to 3 years, gives important information that aids to orientate and improve the training offer. A sincere &#8220;job well done to everyone\u201d to the operative ASVI Social Change team: Dora Lisa, Cinzia, Elena, Federico, with Rocio and Marco coordinating.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/docenti\/giampiero-giacomel\/\">Giampiero Giacomel<\/a>,\u00a0<strong>Fundraising and development executive for the University Of The Highlands and Islands and Director of FRAME<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>&#8211;<\/strong>Master in FundRaising Management in the NGOs:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cI believe that this two main reasons can explain the result. The first one is unquaestionably, ASVI Social Change\u2019s <strong>solid network<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>reputation <\/strong>which\u00a0it has been built over the years. The second thing to note, I believe\u00a0is due to a general retreat of the welfare state and public services which pushes the society beyond the boundaries of mere solidarity, till it promotes\u00a0a real alternative private welfare. In that case, professionals are necessary and the training will always have a major role in the third sector.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/docenti\/lodovico-mariani\/\">Lodovico Mariani<\/a>, <strong>Operational support and Training Coordinator for Intersos Italia<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>and Director of HOPE <\/strong>&#8211; Master in Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cI believe that one of the most important \u00a0value added carried out by Asvi Social Change, is that <strong>beyond the professionalism of all the involved people, there\u2019s also a touch of humanity that makes the difference.<\/strong> I would also like to add that, in relation to <strong>HOPE<\/strong>, the Master of which I am presently the\u00a0Director after been the Coordinator, the wonderful results achieved\u00a0is owed\u00a0to the commitment and professionalism of Dora Lisa, who really made a difference, especially in the building of the students\u2019 paths.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/docenti\/sandro-calvani\/\">Sandro Calvani<\/a>,\u00a0<strong>Director Emeritus at the ASEAN Centre of Excellence on United Nations Millennium Development Goals (ARCMDG) and Strategic Advisor<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>of HOPE -Master in Humanitarian Operations in Emergencies:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cI hope that the achieved results would help the school to realize a major reinforcement of its ranking in the own reference sector.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchangeschool.org\/en\/docenti\/farida-bena\/\">Farida Bena<\/a>, <strong>CPDE Coordinator, platform that gathers more than 4000 international NGOs, that deal with monitoring the development efficiency, yet Oxfam International in Italy and Adviser<\/strong>\u00a0of ASVI Social Change: \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSpectacular results due\u00a0to the \u00a0great work of a fantastic team!\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/paola-cocchi-8b743827?authType=NAME_SEARCH&amp;authToken=Xxa8&amp;locale=en_US&amp;srchid=116732031475056945052&amp;srchindex=1&amp;srchtotal=11&amp;trk=vsrp_people_res_name&amp;trkInfo=VSRPsearchId%3A116732031475056945052%2CVSRPtargetId%3A93638155%2CVSRPcmpt%3Aprimary%2CVSRPnm%3Atrue%2CauthType%3ANAME_SEARCH\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paola Cocchi<\/a>,\u00a0<strong>HRM for Amref Health Africa and <\/strong>ASVI Social Change\u2019s<strong> Adviser<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCongratulations to the whole\u00a0team and for the fantastic achievement.
