managers of the\u00a0<strong>Non Profit sector.<\/strong><\/p><p>Becoming part of\u00a0<strong>Social Change School\u2019s Board of lecturers<\/strong>\u00a0means sharing the mission with great\u00a0enthusiasm and being the author of fundamental milestones in a person\u2019s educational training.<\/p><p>Our lecturers are among the best professionals in the\u00a0<strong>Non Profit sector both at national and international level<\/strong>. They come from major NGOs such as Save the Children, Intersos, Oxfam \u2013 just to mention a\u00a0few.<\/p><p>The board of lecturers is part of Social Change School\u2019s governance.<\/p><p><strong>Social Change School\u2019s Method<\/strong><\/p><p>At Social Change School, lecturers are asked to design lectures that take place in the classroom. Open\u00a0exchange of views, knowledge, competences and experiences are encouraged.<\/p><p>The learning method adopted by the lecturers is different from the classical academic method in which\u00a0knowledge is delivered bottom down by the lecturer to passive students.<\/p><p>At Social Change School, lecturers and trainers are asked to meet specific objectives of skills\u00a0development and of tools delivery. For this reason, Social Change School has introduced innovative\u00a0learning methods through the years, (such as GOPP, Action-Learning, Project-Work) always looking\u00a0for the best trainers and consultants in the sector who can guarantee an efficient transfer of contents\u00a0and who could support students during the entire Master Programme.<\/p><p><strong>The qualifying points of Social Change School\u2019s method<\/strong>\u00a0and approach are guaranteed by our lecturers in\u00a0class. The points of strength are:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Adhering to the ethical code of AIF<\/strong>\u2013 Associazione Italiana Formatori (the Italian association of\u00a0trainers);<\/li><li><strong>Keeping the class active<\/strong>\u00a0and engaged by promoting an inductive teaching\u00a0method \u2013 starting from case studies to\u00a0real life examples and avoiding or limiting a more deductive\u00a0method with purely theoretical classes;<\/li><li><strong>Prioritising\u00a0<\/strong>\u201c<strong>peer to peer<\/strong>\u201d exchanges of know-how, creation of a shared knowledge\u00a0starting from the students\u2019 experiences, making\u00a0them become a real Community of Best Practices.\u00a0Lecturers gather questions and share them with the class, giving each student the opportunity to contribute\u00a0with an answer, hence identifying and exploring expertise within the class members and facilitating problem solving;<\/li><li><strong>The classrooms embody a cheerful, emotional and entertaining approach to\u00a0education<\/strong>.\u00a0These aspects are as useful and\u00a0fundamental as verbal and rational aspects in building a person\u2019s knowledge;<\/li><li><strong>Classes focus on Action Learning<\/strong>:\u00a0exercises, simulations, case study analyses, enhancement of\u00a0experiences, exchange of opinions;<\/li><li><strong>Collaboration with the Didactic Staff<\/strong>\u00a0to create advancement\u00a0in technical aspects, such as building relationships, giving cultural and cognitive support to students;<\/li><li><strong>Aiding self-awareness and the right interpretation of students\u2019 evaluation<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>Enhancing and promoting the use of skills and tools delivered in class<\/strong>\u00a0daily in a practical method;<\/li><li><strong>Clearly stating the theoretical (or institutional) models<\/strong>\u00a0through which lecturers plan their programs for Social
