Konstantinos Moschochoritis was born in Patras in 1963. He was the General Director of Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières) Italy till December 2013. With a Degree in Electrical Engineering, he has worked with MSF since 1995 carrying out field work in several countries (Armenia, Italy, Greece, Liberia, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Albania, Colombia, etc) as logistician and head of mission.
From 2001 to 2007 he’s been Operational Desk Officer for MSF Operational Center of Brussels for the operations in Liberia, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Angola, Peru, Colombia, Haiti, Italy and Ethiopia. Since 2014 he collaborates with various NGO’s as humanitarian aid specialist and teaches in several post-graduate courses on humanitarian aid interventions.
