Social Change School in London with EUCLID Network

For the development of nonprofit and NGOs’ managerial and entrepreneurial competences

Social Change School contributed in London, to the international collaboration for the creation of a ‘Competence Framework’ for nonprofit managers and ‘social entrepreneurs’.

The meeting was held on the 15th and 16th of March, organised by Euclid Network, the network of European Third Sector Leaders, of which we are members and co-founders since 2006.

Many participants from different countries, Silvia Fontana took part to represent the School, she is the Director of the School’s Career Service, in order to share as much as possible, methodologies of analysis and European good practices. According to Silvia:

“It has been an important time of reflection on the characteristics of the entrepreneurial leadership of the Third Sector in Europe, and on how to systematically spread it to generate an impact in the society. Euclid asked for our availability in supporting with our experience the definition of a competence framework of entrepreneurial leadership at a European level and the sharing of our knowledge in events on the third sector. It has been a pleasure to start a path of analysis and exchange with the partners of the project that will lead to a concrete and valuable project.”

According to Marco Crescenzi, amongst the founders of EuclidNetwork in Paris in 2006: “The support  provided by Euclid to the international Masters, is  getting more and more important and it is fundamental that non-profit managers can identify themselves in a quality international network.”
